Sorry for a bit of a noob question, but I was curious as to the role that Taurine plays in body building, I know its in drinks like red bull does that mean it provides an energy boost?

Not for energy. It's more for reducing muscle cramps and pains during training than anything.

Some use it while running orals like anavar to mitigate the pumps they experience.

I heard it helps with painful pumps from orals but I have no first hand experience from it except for drinking a Red Bull on occasion.

I have used taurine anytime I’ve used clen,
And any time I’m on tren.. for the electrolyte benefit

It can help with muscle cramps for example when guys use oral steroids.
