best feature you have is your arms IMO @Major London You got some impressive peaks for a guy who has more of a lanky frame. I think you have good genetics for bodybuilding. Take advantage.
Thanks 2Thick. I used to have chicken arms but improved them by focusing less on the dumbbell weights and more on contraction of muscles.
 
Yeah it dries your skin out, possibly permanently. I had some stomach issues and maybe psychological effects until I lowered the dose. Then it was fine.
Your acne must have been bad for you to resort to it. Was it cause by a particular steroid? Heard that primo and Mast are bad when it comes to acne and cystic acne.

Hope you have now made a full recovery. I read that if you did a full course of acne then the chance of it coming back is low.

Yeah I used masteron while having pretty high e2. That’s what caused deep, bleeding, cystic acne. But I would always have a little on my back, chest, and shoulders. Even on just 200mg of test. Even after accutane, because I just couldn’t dose it that aggressively. It was high e2.

I’m not having any issues now, despite blasting a total of almost a gram. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I tried that before. Definitely could’ve gone viral hahahaha. I’m just a really oily person I guess.
 
Update 6 (wk 3 of cycle)


No night sweats for 3 days straight. So things are improving on that front.


Took my blood pressure at home in the morning and the average reading came to 114/68. This puts me in the healthy range and a reading I’m hoping to maintain as the cycle progresses. My reading prior to me starting the cycle was 121/70. Looks like my numbers improved whilst running 300mg of test.


Push day saw the best improvement in my 3rd week of 300mg/w of test. My lifts have gone up.

Incline Dumbbell Press** – 4 sets × (reps)—wk1-24kg (12)/wk2-26kg (10)/wk3-28kg (10)


Incline Dumbbell Flyes** – 4 sets × ( reps) —/wk1 & 2-12kg (10)/wk3-14kg (10)


Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press** – 4 sets × ( reps) — /wk1-22kg (10)/wk2-22kg (12)/wk3-24kg (10)

Seated Triceps Push** – 4 sets × (reps)—wk1-54 (12)/wk 2-54 (12)/wk3-wk3-54kg (14)


Lateral Raises (Dumbbell)** – 4 sets × (reps)— wk1-12kg (10) (8)/wk2-14 (6)/wk3-14kg (10)


Completed my 3rd week of the cycle and I’m hoping that the 300mg starts to kick in soon. So far, it feels like I’m not even on cycle. Sure my lifts have gone up, but those weights are not new to me and more down to calories/carbs increase instead of the test. I’m currently considering upping the test to 400-500mg after my mid-cycle bloodwork. If bloods are good, then 400-500mg is a strong possibility.


Some will say I’m impatient and should see out 300mg for the first cycle and then up it for subsequent cycles. To those I say, if I’m going to get soft, I intend to at least make it worthwhile.


I bought a cheap tripod with a remote control from China. Haven’t tried it yet, but will use it to take pictures of my back. It’s difficult to take a picture with the phone in your hand. I’m also hoping to film so of my workouts and post them here. It would be good to see if my form is good or needs refining. This is dependent on how busy the gym is because management are a little funny with cameras and filming.

Breakfast: 1/2cup oats/250ml of skimmed milk/1tbsp of pbfit/cinnamon, ginger/psyllium husk/12.5g of 90% dark chocolate/1/4cup blueberries/ 2ltrs of water/2 eggs (mostly I eat egg whites)

If you want to really feel something, you could add an oral, rather than raising the test, which might (or might not) get you into some side effects from high e2.

At 300 test, you’re on cycle, and your blood is probably more than double the reference range, but you could run that for years and not keel over. I ran 200-250 for literally years.
Had high hematocrit and other things most of the time but not way off the charts. Body builders cruise at 300 and more.


Everybody loves anavar, I personally feel like winstrol really does a lot. I feel it the day I take it. And it will really show itself on a lean body. Makes you strong as hell. I’ve never tried dianabol or anadrol. Those might be a little much for a guy my age.

I have 3 bottles of 300mg/ml mast e on hand which I bought from critical when they had it in stock. I was thinking of using it for a future cycle but the whole mast and acne is putting me off.

Thanks Todd. You’re probably right and more is not always best. I’ll take a look at my bloodwork and if all is good I might add some anavar the last 4-6 weeks of the cycle. I worry about high Hematocrit. I hope 5 litres of water daily plus 3 hours of weekly cardio will keep me below 55.

I can’t wait for my mid cycle bloodwork. I really want to see where 300mg puts my levels at (especially free test). Always had low free test and high SHBG.
 
I bet you’re looking good. Blood pressure is excellent. You’re starting out healthy and well prepared.
Feeling a lot better than my first week of the cycle mate. I remember after my 3rd injection I was doing some deadlifts and was feeling head pressure and a bit off. I increased my water intake and my cardio and it has been going well ever since.
 
I have them just in case I get an infection from pinning. I’ve seen a few horror pics of people pinning (possibly contaminated gear) and in turn getting a massive lump where they have to drain it. I hope not use it but have it just in case.

Yes I heard Quads is a bad place to pin but thought I would try for my self to have more options when it come to pinning. I don’t want scar tissue to build up so thought rotating sites would prevent this. I did pin my R quad on Monday and surprisingly it went a lot better than the left one. I aimed for the upper outside muscle. I felt some PIP for a day but I recovered the day after. By day 3 I didn’t feel anything whereas the left quad I felt it for the entire week.
You can rotate just dont pin quads.
Bis tris shoulders glutes thats enough.

It doesn’t happen to everyone. I’m particularly prone to it. Hold on to it though, when I did it, besides the acne, the look I got from it was the first time people started like really going out of their way like, “damn! You look really good.” And it feels good too. You will like it, it has a great positive mental effect. But save it for a special occasion because apparently it’s going to be next to impossible to find any more soon.

Any other goodies? You’re like me, you like to stock up on everything
