of course they do... a lot of people will make you custom blends etc... i personally dont like blends but they are definitely made

Easier to be spoon fed answers.

The approved source PSL carries it, along with quite a few other sources.

It's pretty common. I personally would just order the products individually and mix them in the syringe yourself
