Appetite is okay.

I had some wings and a frozen broccoli and chicken meal in the morning/noon - just got home now and put some wings in the air fryer. Might do some frozen fries too or maybe rice....

It is but overall, for hunger straight appetite it's stronger at high doses but seems you have a budget and we can't budget it, otherwise we'd have you on 4mgs+ @zucchini
 
yeah I think anything over 3mg. I would be too hesitant to take as well.
incorrect thinking, retatrutide doses go up to 5-7mgs even depends on purity @zucchini but due to limited budget we'll need to add a prescription glp1 for you

If you can afford Reta it's the best yes. If you can get an Rx I'd take @LevButlerov's advice and run two of them.

As for Reta, 3mg is what I'm taking and I know I could tolerate way higher. I have zero sides on 3mg and have little to no food noise late at night when it's the worst for me. Eventually I know I'll end up at 4-5mg since that's the way my body always works, high tolerance for all drugs it seems. No need to worry about a specific dosing number if it's being recommended by @LevButlerov or other well informed Mods bro, we got your back.

I have been up since 4am and only had a total of 5 hours of sleep. Had to drive out for some work stuff, almost 650km rounx trip, thats about 400 miles for my americano friends. Super late and sleep deprived but wanted to get a workout in even if it was shitty and small. Had half a grilled chicken club in the afternoon from boston pizza with some fried and grabbing some chipotle after the workout even thou i don't have an appetite, as i dont want to crash.


Back Monday:

Brother, the thing is that if I don't train, I will feel disgusted by myself and feel like I missed out big time... And I don't wanna lie on here and say I didn't while I did or say that I did while I didn't. Being truthful here is me being truthful to all of you since you put time and effort to help me out and more than that, to myself.... Ok, so I finally joined the club for jujitsu. This time it's a pure grappling gym: 10th planet Jujitsu. I am more used to MMA grappling. so this will be a challenge for me which would be great!

1 hour of drilling and about 20 mins of active rolls in there, i was sweating so much my rash guard weighs 1 lb more from the sweat!

Will lift after work and post it here.

However, I wasn't feeling like protein shake or beef so I cooked up some chicken. 580grams to be exact since had to bring up the protein too.

Yes, pumps have been increasing for sure and my water intake has gotten better too.

yes for sure there is a benefit, in the beginning I couldn't pin point it but it's like, I can survive and function (considerably well) without food for longer I do feel like my traps are popping out more, the middle of my chest for sure has separation and when I flex, I can see my pec create separation between upper and lower. My back feels like its thicker, my legs definitely bulge more and my calves for the 1st time are bigger than ever (even with my shitty calves genetics). My weight, that used to stay consistant without any food around 92kh ish, is not consistant at 89kgish with healthy food in me.

It for sure does change body composition. I will upload pictures, but let's reach 85kgs 1st!

Okay so this Tuesday will be last of this Reta vial I have.

Should I get another Reta vial or should I get tirzepatide. If tirzepatide, can I get it from @Fusion Canada or someone else? @HarleyGuy @LevButlerov

Bro NF has Reta and I’d continue with that. Nothing comes close to Reta atm. Might as well hit the glucagon receptors with Reta along with the GIP that you get with Tirz. Most bang for your buck by far. At least that’s what I would do.

My appetite is pretty suppressed now - It's just that reta takes a while to get it there, so naturally this time I don't want to take a week off it. I want to order it tomorrow so I can have it for the next week.

Also, I don't understand why the weight is not dropping any more - I know lev would say do more cardio, but I want to wait for 2 more weeks and keep up with hard core jujitsu 3 days a week + an odd open mat see what happens. Don't want to burn myself out with alot of cardio.

No no not at all sorry if it came across that way. I mean stick to Reta for long term max benefit. It starts really shining at 24 weeks and max clinical benefits were shown at 48 weeks. Better in studies vs tirz and sema. It takes longer but finishes stronger.

I started reta on Dec 12th at 1mg for 3 weeks, then 2mg for 3 weeks, then 4mg on week 7 so far. I had no appetite suppression til my jump to 4mg. Started getting gassy too. Lol

I started reta on Dec 12th at 1mg for 3 weeks, then 2mg for 3 weeks, then 4mg on week 7 so far. I had no appetite suppression til my jump to 4mg. Started getting gassy too. Lol

I only had minor nausea next day after pin, until now. The fat loss was still noticable on mirror, on scale and on the belt notches last 6 weeks on low dose, but on 4mg im noticing big changes in my digestion. Im going to have to meal prep smaller portions for through the day i think.

Yea bloody expensive for sure. Still cheaper than a prescribed glp out of pocket if its not covered. Your in ontario? Saw you mention GTA, im a bit further north. My cousin had a hard time getting ozempic through her dr but finally got it. But she mentioned wegovy was like $500 a month out of pocket, shits the same thing.

Nothings better than feeling close to death on a stairmill.

Winter here is the city has been milder to say the least. it did hit -35 for a few days but it's been good and sunny so i'll take that.

Saturday was last rest day. I didn't go for jujitsu on sat but did go swimming on Sunday.

Usually those are two days away from weights.

5 days lifting, 3 days jujitsu (with a possibility of another day for open mat/sparring), 1 day swimming. You think this would be overtraining for me? and easing off will decrease the weight?

Monday legs Today:

Stairmaster 15 mins 52.5 floors in total.

Leg curls: 3x25 90lbs
Pendulum squat: 3x25 0 weight.

Seated leg curls: 3x25 90lbs
Lying leg curls: 3x25 90lbs

Standing calves raises: 6x21s 70lbs

Abs:
Crunches 2x25
Heel touches: 2x30
Planks: 2 for 60 secs each

@LevButlerov is correct bro you'll find you'll get stronger and your power on the mats will increase. Your stamina and volume is legendary but it definitely falls in the category of overtraining a bit. On top of that you're so low carb and need more protein you're gonna burn out eventually. You'll make gains by taking a couple days off a week. I wouldn't cut out the jitsu but with the lifting focus on what works for Jits and lift hard and roll hard but take a couple days off for sure. I wanna see you get that black belt one day bro it was one of the moments in my life I won't forget.

I Got a buddy that does jitsu, judo and boxing. I showed him this cable exercise to add to his routine. I told him instead of grabbing each end of the rope, slide the rope all the way to one side and grab with both hands to simulate grabbing a gi better. You can do it horizontally or in an incline variation as well instead of just the over shoulder throw to mix it up.

I think theyre called cable judo throws.

The feeling of getting over it when your body is already done, is just amazing!

Okay... let me see what I can think of about this as I feel the best when I am working and really don't want to fall back into being a slob, and trust me, not working 3 days will make me feel like a slob.

And for jujitsu, yes, a black belt would be awesome man - might just even start my own gym if I get that.... in my 20s I was stocked for it but life turned upside down a few times and i just fell off the tracks you know... but hopefully I can get super focused on it again....

oh for sure, exercises like this work on the core and help with throws and wrestling too.

Flat dumbbell presses: 1x8 80lbs 1x9 1x8 75lbs
Machine iso chest press: 1x10 2x8 180lbs on the machine (last reps on last 2 sets partials)
Cable flyes (from the bottom): 1x12 40lbs 2x12 45lbs
Pec dec: 3x12 190lbs

I just had an urge to go heavy today so thats what i did. I thought I'd nail it all, but iron humbles, had to go not as heavy... doing difficult things feel good.

For food, i had my cashews and almonds and a protein bar in the morning:

Going heavy is not needed, you'll just risk injury. You're not eating a lot and in a deficit, you're more likely to get sick or injured, please dont go heavy again :D though good food @zucchini
