his is my first log, I'm brand new to the forum. If you guys need anymore info please let me know. Here we go.

I have been lifting since I was 14 years of age after a broken foot, the gym was my recovery as I could not run and play sports,
I have trained and prepped for INBA competition in my younger years. I train about 6 days a week with approx 60min cardio total

Stats
Height 173cm
Weight 83.4kg
Age 30

Work a 8/6 roster doing 13 hour days when away and also work at home when on 6 off running business. So very full on.

Have 3 kids that’s a full on so eating at home clean is harder then at site (wife loves cooking and cooks a mean feed)
I still eat clean just not as clean as on site(no sweets, sugars ect)

On site I eat very clean, chicken and vedge, steak ect

I don’t eat many carbs and the carbs I do are good carbs, I blow out from bread and rice so I tend to stick to sweet potato and potato for my carb source

On approx I would have around 2500cal on site and depending on the day at home anywhere from 800 to 300 cal. I tend to not eat when busy as time is money running a buisness.

I have run three cycles before

First being test E
Second being test e and var towards the end
Third being test E and Eq

From 1 child through to 3rd I was on TRT at .25ml (topped up HCG to knock wife up both times)

I grow muscle very very easily but struggle with loosing fat.

I have been on Reta for about 8 weeks now and have dropped 10kg and feel ten times better. Dosage is 2mg 2x a week


Would it be ideal running Reta through the start of my cycle ? Yet to start, was thinking Monday coming.

A little all over the shop but yeah, would love to get some advice and feedback from you legends . Would also like to thank @Allupfromhere for pushing me to do a log

your blood are clean and i think for you the best cycle is test 400 eq 200 and retatrutide 2mgs to start and bump up.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

@MackAttack96 Reta is a really good option, but to get the most out of it you really have to dial in the diet and do your cardio. This will be a good log where you can really dial things in.
 
@LevButlerov is that weekly or twice weekly (per dosage)

@stevesmi i enjoy the bike and incline walking/ step master however I struggle to run due to flat feet and having to wear orthotics, I can deff start doing more of this however it will reduce my strength times. As stated when away I work long hours (usually up at 0245 to train, not home until 1800 after work)

Bro, you should stay on the Reta minimum six to nine months in my opinion. And sometimes people will stay on a maintenance dose thereafter. It's going to be something you might have to take going forward. @MackAttack96

That is not something I have considered and was aware of. I assumed only (mostly) just the clinical trials routines had been followed

Seems like those are some good adjustments that you're making. @MackAttack96 a lot of times tweaking things from the norm is a good idea.

@MackAttack96 I think that the testosterone works well. I think Anavar and Equipoise are also good options. That's good that you're having a good experience so far on the Reta. It'd be interesting to see how you play it going forward.

I would recommend staying on Reta. You can always lower the dose to 1 mg a week. 4 mg a week is a strong dosage. You're going to want to lower it regardless. @MackAttack96
 
Struggled this morning in the gym doing biceps, was up about 4 times last night due to my youngest waking up.

Macros for yesterday and training from this morning below
any cardio? and when you have the sleep issue try to do naps during day @MackAttack96

I like the idea of you running Reta throughout. 4mg/week should be a max sweet spot for you to drop body fat and curb appetite. I'd run it for at least 48 weeks to see the maximum therapeutic benefit.

Bro, they're not a rule but it's something you want to stick with longer term because of the benefits it's going to give you long term.

@MackAttack96 you have a great base to build off of man. You should be able to put in muscle easily. I’ll be following along.

This seems high what were your doses in your other 3 cycles?

First cycle of e was 250mg
Second was 400mg
Third was 400mg test e and 200mg eq

Have started test e 400 and eq 200 PW

Bro I am happy to however I am struggling to hit these macros as is. Reta at 4mg pw and then a busy life on top of that. You have any suggestions for my protein and carbs to set too and I can adjust and try tomorrow 💪
