Down to 242 lbs as of today
Training still heavy 3 sets last set getting 10 max min 8 reps

Steady progress everywhere in terms of strength even though the weight was dropping.
Week 4
Dropped the cals and have seen more progress strength is maintaining and started a new training block.
Keeping meals consistent and basic to account for work times
Chicken breast, lean beef, deer and turkey
Eggs
Timing carbs pre training and cramming 80% of cals during the afternoon and evening.

No pip with gentex thus far
Feeling Great!!
Makes me question my last test e now..
Planning to increase cardio next week and aim for a steady 1.2-2lbs per week for the next 2 at least
