Hi guys I decided to stack deca and test 500 of test x 300 mg of deca a week, 3 weeks into the cycle and I I'm having some extreme insomnia, I did test and var and test and winstrol in the past and never suffer from this crap, please let me know what can I take , this affecting my appetite even my training, I wake up three times a night and I'm probably getting 3-4 hours of sleep every night, my gains are not what I expected and I'm sure it has to do with my sleeping issues, thank you.

Are you taking prolactin support

Are you using any support supplements with your cycle?

A test/deca cycle needs 2 main support supplements.
1. An AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin at 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
2. An anti-prolactin drug to keep prolactin in the low-normal range. Cabergoline at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

The support supplements are very important because high estrogen and prolactin levels can lead to side effects like gyno and water retention.

Are you using any stimulants near bed time? How much coffee are you drinking each day?

stop blaming deca for this!

it is caused by your test spiking your blood pressure and bloating you. are you running an AI? cut down your test dose and you should always use proviron with deca..

also remember just cause you didn't have problems before doesn't mean you won't in the future.. our bodies are constantly changing!

I had to also cut back on my Test ... I worked my way up to 250 mg of Test every 5 days --- 300 mg of Deca every 5 days --- 25 mg Proviron ed --- 12.5 Aromasin ed ... I started having random anxiety issues and insomnia bouts ... I cut my Test back to 150 mg every 5 days and left the Deca, Proviron, and Aromasin as above. ALL issues mentioned stopped almost immediately!!!

No way this is the deca causing this. The only thing I can think of is that your estrogen is way too high and you are not running proper supports. Either that or it has to do with eating before bed. Your body could be trying to digest food which is keeping you awake.

There is something odd here - deca as such, as well as testosterone, should not cause these issues. Either you are not using the proper ancillaries, or they are bunk, or there is something else that you are taking and it is causing the sleep issues.

N2Sleep is a great supplement if you have sleep problems. It is all natural, and there are no side effects. What I like that most about it, is that unlike most other sleep drugs, you will not have a sensation of having a hangover the next morning. Instead, you will wake up rested and refreshed. 2 caps an hour before going to sleep are enough for most people. If you see that this is not enough to get quite the desired results, you can gradually increase the dosage to 4 caps per day. For instance, if this is not enough, then take a third cap right before going to sleep. If you feel like needing more, then take 2 caps an hour before going to sleep, and another 2 caps right before going to sleep, making a total of 4 caps. If 4 caps of N2Sleep won't make you sleep all night like a baby, then nothing will.

Personally, I can vouch for the effectiveness of N2Sleep since for a long time my wife has been having some bad insomnia problems, and some nights she would not fall asleep at all. Then she started using N2Sleep, and the sleep patterns got back in order rather fast. N2Sleep has been a real savior for her sleep, so I have seen it in action.

Add an Ai bro and maybe cut down your testosterone dosage and see how you go. I wouldn't say it's from the deca

Question:
Is anything else going on.
A change in any Prescription Medication, taking any Stimulants or Caffeine later in the day.

I've been on Doses more than Double of what you are taking in both the Test and Deca.
And have always slept like a rock.

And as was already mentioned, at 3 Weeks the Deca hasn't even started to kick in yet.......................... JP
P.S.
High Estrogen in Men can Interrupt your Sleep.
I would get some Bloodwork done and check your Estradiol.

I agree with the comment above, 300mg DECA is only just above joint support dose.. I'm taking 1500 mg right now and NEVER had these sides.. Only issues I can get with DECA is anxiety attacks at a gram + but thats at week 11+ and ive learnt to read the signs of it coming on.. Ur issue is definitely estrogen related.. Ur e2 is out of whack
