I was told i should be taken 10-15g of both bcaa and glutamine everyday. but my protein shake wich is gold standard %100 whey, wich i take 3 times everyday and each serving contains 5.5g of bcaa and 4g of glutamine. will me taken the protein shake be enough or should i purchase a bottle of both bcaa and glutamine to consume more?

You are already getting BCAAs and glutamine from your protein shake. There's no need to double down

Who told you and did they say why?

the amount of damage you are doing to your gut consuming protein shakes all day is going to end up inhibiting your results as your body will struggle to absorb nutrients which you need to produce testosterone.

instead stick to REAL FOOD and n2generate (which is made up of herbs safe on the gut) . built a healthy gut and that will help you reach your fitness goals

No you dont need bcaas and glutamine on top of that. But you need to cut the shakes down and get more whole food

You don't need BCAA. I still have the box in my closet around all boxes of protein shakes, I won't be drinking BCAA for my entire life, a lot of BCAA is really not high quality as it should be. Also protein shakes already contain everything you need.

Adding so many supplements will just kill your body mate, you definitely don't have to buy BCAA, it is already in the protein powder
