Too much protein ?

Often at work i'm drinking a whey/casien mix that has about 40-60grams of protein (not including milk). Is this a bad idea to have this much protein at once? I know that the protein digestion is slowed by milk, but even still is it too much at once?
 
what you should really be worried about is the stress you put on your gut consuming milk and shakes. the more you do this the less your body will absorb nutrition entirely. that is why bodybuilders who eat 8 times a day and drink shakes have such messed up gut health as they age. and yes that will come back to bite you in terms of gains and everything

Thetes no issue with that. Theres times I consume 100g in a sitting. The whole idea of spreading protein into 7 small meals a day of like 30g is bullshit
