I have gotten questions a lot about this. some guys will run tren and the first few weeks look trimmed up then they will start bloating after several weeks on. people will automatically assume its 'diet' or cause of elevated estrogen when that is furthest from the truth.
first off tren is likely to give you false positives when you test for estrogen, so guys will assume their E is spiked up which is causing the bloat.. this is one of the biggest mistakes people make and it can have severe consequences as guys will decide to blast their E down for no reason. as far as diet you can have the most strict diet ever and its still not going to prevent some people to retain water (see last paragraph for explanation)
the first theory is something I have studied with certain AAS over the years and that is stomach problems. lets face it, tren will fuck up your stomach in a lot of ways. it can alter your bowel movements, dehydrate you causing diarrhea, and destroy stomach flora. certain AAS do not cause these problems but we know tren does. ever notice on tren you get heartburn a lot more than usual? this issue can be helped by simply taking a quality PRE/PRO biotic, something like saccharomyces boulardii which is live.. don't buy it unless it is refridgerated! that will balance your stomach flora and really help with stomach bloat and help with a healthy stomach.. reducing heartburn and other stomach issues
the second theory is something I touched on before and that is water retention caused by elevated body temperature. some guys who complain that they sweat like crazy on tren are actually lucky, in that their bodies are using the sweat to cool itself down. you might notice this happens at night as our bodies use that time to regulate body temperature. remember as humans we evolved to sweat to cool down, an animal like a dog does not sweat.. they have to pant to cool down. unfortunately some of us do not sweat very easily, so our bodies will use another way to cool itself down and that is to retain water instead. now a lot of guys will assume that taking a diuretic is a good idea but I promise that you should NOT do that as it can be dangerous. the simple way to combat this is either DRINK MORE WATER and I mean like double what you usually drink (watermelon, coconut water and fresh citrus juice should be added to your arsenal too), and try and carefully use the sauna to sweat out the water. if you stop taking the tren and let it trickle out of your system (2 weeks from ace and 4 weeks from E) then you will notice all this water retention will disappear as your body goes back to normal and you will look your best at this time.
