I STARTED TEST E 350 MG A WEEK AND RIGHT NOW FINISHING OFF MY 3RD WEEK , JUST RECENTLY ADDED TREN ACE THIS WEEK ON WED 10 MG/ DAY TBH JUST TO SEE WHAT THE HYPE TREN HYPE IS ALL ABOUT AND ALSO BECAUSE IT IS USEFUL IN FATLOSS CYCLES AND STRONGLY ANABOLIC . MY GOAL IS FATLOSS WHILE RETAINING MUSCLE AND MAYBE GAIN A BIT OF MUSCLE WHILE EATING IN A DEFICIT OR CLOSE TO MAINTENANCE . So your starting to experience side effects now and you want to increase the dose? Lol.

No brother, if shit is starting to surface now increasing gear will further increase side effects not result.

Dont use drugs to make up for a bad structure in training or nutrition. Is this you? Maybe and maybe not, you haven't given us any real information to work off.

You 198lb at what height? Post a pic of your physique and just blur your face for privacy.

You want to lose fat/recomp.. easy work brother we can help you with this no worries but smashing gear isnt your answer.

Ped's are tools to enhance an effective and efficient working body. If your not at this stage why put your health and body under more systemic strain?

Your also 22 years old and respectfully don't know what you doing with gear.

Lets drop the tren and move test back to 250 at least.

Show us what your nutrition looks like and then what your training looks like also.

How to do this? Start up a log brother before you fuck up your health.

Have you had blood work done to see where your basline markers are at?
Do you know how to pct?

firstly ,THANKS for the advise that no need to up the dose . secondly, tbh I am not much aware of what total macros gather up on my current diet as I am aiming to be on cal deficit primarily and also trying to hit my protein intake above 150g a day . not an excuse , but i live with my parents and have a job and doing college degree so trying my best to stay dialed in and being responsible in terms of gear use and this diet thing but not able to track exact macros every day but trying to get protein intake above 150 a day .

Macros look pretty decent mate i semi broke it down for you. But calories can be easily lost and is best tracked on an app like cronometer.

So lets move foward again now as nutrition looks reasonable. Though i would push protein up a little more.

I know you asking for advice, im trying to give it to you some lol. No veteran or pro is going to tell you too take tren at 22 bro lol thats facts and if they do they're fucking stupid and have no concern for your health.
only supplements I am taking right now is fish oil and vitamin d 2500 a capsule , cardio is every day after the lift like atleast 15 minutes, also I have a kitchen worker job so its mostly standing or walking for 6-7 hours but even on rest days off days from job , i try to get in 5000-7000 ssteps , blood work recently done was just the test levels , complete blood work was done almost 8 -9 months back and doc said it was perfect and nothing to worry

Did you have your estrogen tested at the same time as your most recent tests?
no estrogen was not tested at that time , also i feel the increase in strength a bit even being on cal deficit but cosmetic effect is not yet there .

also the libido is higher and can say a bit increase in confidence but the body itself does not say that I am on gear , as its my first cycle idk when the cosmetic effects really hit but I know test e is a long acting so it takes time to get stable levels in the blood. I have arimidex on hand as for safety of high e2 but no signs of that like i check my nipples very often nothing like gyno right now or itchy nipples , no special mood swings .

i dont log them , but i remember them , its shoulder legs , chest tris , back bis
chest ; 4 exercises some sort of incline press try to go heavy on it as much as possible for 6 rep range , then two sets of chest press machine very close to failure , pec deck two sets close to failure ( drop set on the 2nd set) and then high to low cable flies 2 sets close to failure ( drop set on the second one)
back : lat pulldown two exercises for rowing , try to go as heavy as possible while touch 6 rep range , 2 vertical lat pull downs , one is underhand machine and other one is normal lat pulldown , all exercises except for one have 2 sets close to failure and some inlude 2nd set pushed into drop set
shoulders : machine lateral raises two sets close to failure with some partials or second set turned into drop set , reverse peck deck 2 sets close to failure with second set turned into a firther drop set , any kind of shoulder press trying to go heavy towards 6 rep range and then any kind of shrugs three sets close to failure lasts set turns into drop set
legs : leg extension , leg press, normal squat either on barbell or smith machine and then a machine squat as well and then hamstring curls ( 6 rep range only for squat variations and other exercises aiming for 8-12 reps and all of them have 3 working sets , leg extensions and hamstrings often include a drop set)
bicep ; two sets of dumbell curl superset with preacher curl two sets hitting failure and then two sets of hammer curls super set with same preacher curl

Start loggin them im your notes on your phone brother. The more you track and measure the better your progress will be i guaranteed it.

Before we can help you at all you need to start a proper log now because you are already on test and added tren and we have zero info on your training, diet, sleep, cardio, or body fat trend. @WEAKGUY_16974
Take 15 minutes to post a log with daily food intake, bodyweight, training split and lifts, sleep, and sides so the EVO family can actually guide you instead of guessing while you experiment with compounds. its easy to do :D

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

At 22 years old it is not a good idea to use anabolic steroids at all, much less to use tren.
I wish you had posted before you started this experiment.

Bros, it's good you are being honest. I like that. I got a lot of respect for that. You could have easily said you were 32 and not 22. At the end of the day you should post up a log and let's fix everything.

Well at 22 years old I can't tell you not to use because I used it when I was your age. I can say with tren it's not something you want to stay on for a long time.
 
Let's get a proper structured log so it doesn't hurt my head reading haha.
Not gonna lie my first cycle was 250 test then pushed to 500.
But that was heaps.
Remember as well more gear at your body comp doesn't do that much. That's why we recommend lower doses to start as you get more muscle maturity and size you will need to push the ped to get more results.
Keep tren out until to figure out how to mitigate sides what to look for etc.
Unfortunately you don't have the knowledge or understanding on how these compound work with your body what they do etc but we also don't expect you to it's things you learn from experience, reading logs and talking with people.
 
Start loggin them im your notes on your phone brother. The more you track and measure the better your progress will be i guaranteed it.

Absolutely not brother, you'll find few people who think Tren is appropriate for a first cycle, and not as many who would even recommend tapering your test right now.


Drop the Tren
Dial in your nutrition
Focus on your health
Run the 350mg test
Progress nutrition until you're no longer able to maintain body composition.

350mg of test for a first cycle will see you considerable results, for a long time, if you look after yourself.

Get it wrong because you wanted to progress doses and play with harder compounds and you're off-cycle for health phase sooner and leaving gains on the table.

tren for a first cycle makes no sense. It's like getting a Lamborghini as your first car. Why don't you start slow man? Maybe do some Anavar or something as a first cycle, or maybe some SARMS or peptides.
