No UGLoz wasnt busted but sick and fell behind in his emails. Im sure he will respond asap, and will try and rectify your problem at hand.

Did you read the other comments. He has been sick a few days. He added extra staff to catch up. I know the person reciveing the emails. The problem is many are sending multiple emails up to 20 of them slowing down the time to respond to emails. Give it a few days to catch up and you will get a email response or yoir package delivered.

Auspost has been somehow worse than usual! All orders are still going out as per normal, he's just got on top of emails now

Your package is not lost, it’s not seized, you haven’t been ripped off he was simply just sick and fell behind. If you’re chasing updates on the situation this forum isn’t the right place.
