wanted to put together a good semaglutide cycle for 6 months
my plan is this:
.5mgs for 8 weeks
1mg for the next 4 weeks
then from there increasing .25mgs weekly until I hit 2.5mgs then keeping my dose there
any thoughts on if this will work?
My goal is to lose fat and go from 250 to 200 and I’m 50 years old

I highly suggest I go on a TRT level at min for test. This way u can hold onto your muscle.

you can use for 6mo but seems semaglutide like any other glp1 is for life

i think 2.5mgs is too high
you can get really good results on 1mg

it could work and it could not work
some people don't react well to GLP1's

.5mgs a week is actually good
i don't see any reason to go higher IMO

Use Retatrutide, general feedback and anecdotal evidence points to a better outcome for your bloods and overall health. Sema can alter ghrelin signalling a lot coming off, reta is a slower burn due to half life.

2mg of reta to start and can be ran year round.

i'm a fan of semaglutide
it works well and fast
i would play the dosing by ear
