I’m going to be trying semaglutide for the first time.
I’m 28 years old 345 lbs and my goal is to lose weight.
My strategy is this:
.5mg once a week for 2 weeks, then 1mg weeks 3-4, then 2.5mgs after a month as my maintenance those going forward.
What do you think about this strategy would it work for what I’m looking for?

Success will come with a complete diet over haul and moderate exercise, you have to truly devote time into studying healthy whole foods, nothing processed, cutting sugar, soda all junk food, it can be done and that is a typical dosing protocol, i would look into keto or cutting carbs down or completely out of the diet, that drug works, it all falls on you and making the changes.

Why not go by the standard dosing protocol? Your skipping the starting dose of .25mg for 4 weeks. Good luck.
Ive seen doctors start people at 1mg before when i spoke with my doctor depending on the situation she has done it before.

That doctor would lose their license and get sued if the patient died. It's a very strict protocol from the drug companies to start at .25mg for a good reason.

I dont think anyone died since she is still a doctor lol, hey if he wants to experiment and do that dose, we cant stop him, you gave him the info what op does is on him at that point.

i actually think reta is far more effective and less sides if you are going to use one of these options

0.25mgs once a week start with this dose bro i wouldnt play with high semaglutide doses due to sides

at your size I would be working with a doctor

gotta make sure you're getting your blood pressure checked if you're going to use any type of drug

1 mg is a big dose but sometimes you start at that high dose and work your way up

I would not run more than 1.5 mg

you might want to Stack some GW as well

try it at half a milligram and then see how you do

there are side effects if you overdose it be aware of that
