The test dose is just way too high and the adex can't keep up. Best thing to do is lower the dose to 400-500mg max.

25 years old and this is my first cycle
my goal is to bulk but do a clean bulk
I’m currently on 800 mg a week of testosterone cypionate and the bloat is getting embarrassing at this point. Yes I am using adex around 2-3mgs per week split dose.
I need advice on how to combat all this water retention without killing my gains in the process?
Should I keep upping my AI or should I reduce the test I am using?
