What to take when feeling constipated?

Lots and lots of water, 10g psyllium husk every night, raw fruits and veggies throughout the day.

It is also about cutting out the foods that might be causing the issue such as dairy.
 
@Masonic Bodybuilder gave you some good advice - but you need to figure out why you are constipated. Constipation is not normal.

Are you regularly eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis? How much water are you drinking?
