Whats up with Naps gear

I don't why everyone is mentioning tariffs when this is a domestic order. What does that have to do with it?
I can see why you would think this. To make it domestic, it first has to make it to the USA lol, its shipped international to USA then ships domestic. I'm guessing that warehouse they use didn't get shipment and messed up your order because of this. Many suppliers had this issue. @Napa1020

That doesn't really make sense because that would mean it would be an international order if it's not already in the states. On top of that their customer service hasn't responded to my tickets or gotten back to me in almost a week

You're right it doesn't make sense, but many warehouses are reshippers for international packs, it's fairly common knowledge.

Lev is kinda correct.

There's a BIG feeling in the industry (indeed many industries) that tariffs will affect multiple parts of the supply train. Think about the more legal parts - oils, alcohol, vials and stoppers on injectables and binders and fillers on pills - many come from outside the US. I'd argue the raw powder wont be as that's outside what comes in declared etc. Ask anyone that home brews. And there are no, as far as I know, US manufactures of the raws outside of licensed pharma companies

They told me my order was lost and can't reship because they're out of stock, so they have to do store credit. Sounds like bullshit to me

Not sure why. Items sell. Sometimes they sell out. You're getting a store credit. You can buy another brand which is in strock

And this is just how many real world sellers work. Heck Lev explained part of the business model Naps work by and I did as much in another thread. It's kinda straight forward - they act as a store front for a bunch of brands. They're good cos they market and sell better than some of those brands do themselves. But they are NOT responsible for stocking being available and it's on the brand to keep them updated.

I've never had a problem with Napsgear in years with the international orders. I made my first domestic order with them to see what's up and I have been waiting 2 weeks with still no update. I orderedba domestic order with UGFREAK the same day and I got that order in 5 days. I've reaches out to Naps but them give me the same bullshit that USPS is slow but like I said UGFREAK and my order from domestic supply came in a few days
I had the same problem with Naps on a domestic order it took exactly two weeks. If I had known it was gone be that long I would have just ordered international and saved money.

i've used napsgear for 15 years and shit happens.

but never once did i not end up getting my package. i even had a package get re-sent one time cause the first never showed up. and then a week later the original package finally got to me all banged up. so i ended up getting a free package. it happens with everything, not just steroids.
 
I'm going back and forth with them now. First they said sir credit, now they just said it will be back in shock shortly and will resend if I wanted it. I pretty fucking pissec with the back and fourth shit

Hey bro, The item was not it stock and that's why we were providing you the store credit. Now we got the update from the warehouse that it will be back in stock soon.

If you want store credit instead of reshipment just simply mention this in the ticket and will act accordingly.

I understand and I know the protocol and have mentioned it but still no resolution. I told them I want the credit and it's been days without a response or anything to my account. I appreciate your help🤝

It does. It gets MADE somewhere and that's not often the US. Then it's bought into the US. THEN shipped after you bought it domestically. There needs to be stock of it in the US. Typically quicker but higher priced

If it's 'international' then it'll almost certainly be direct from the brand. Slower to arrive but cheaper.

@Napa1020 Napsgear has at least a 200-300 messages per day I'm guessing, give them time our iron brother. :D
