whats your trt protocol?

My TRT prescription is 200 mg weekly of test cyp, and 1 mg weekly of anastrazole. Mood and tolerance of others has improved greatly. Initial T level was 161. After six weeks, 880, drawn as a trough level, one hour before my weekly dose. Sex drive increased a bit. Skin looks better. Well worth it.

Also, when I receive my order of tren (ordered from Roid Mass, in the mail), I have a bit of a cover for the symptoms I experience, and a way to explain the symptoms I experience. I have regular blood work. Well worth it.

whats your dosing protocol with test cyp and arimidex? 2x100mg shots weekly? adex 0.25mg eod or? any bloat or nipple pain? how is morning wood?

All of this once weekly. Friday mornings. The anastrazole is compounded in with the testosterone.

No gyno or bloating.

Morning wood is definitely there.

so u take arimidex 1mg tab on injection day? how come the arimidex is not taken eg 0.5mg 2x week or 0.25mg eod ? just curious

The anastrazole is in liquid form, combined with liquid test cyp, in one prefilled syringe. That was how my doctor ordered it. I inject it all at once.

If you are looking for more examples ... my TRT is .25cc of Tes Cyp, 2x/wk so that is 100mg/wk. Regular labs and Tes at a bit over 900, no aromatization issues. I'm 57 with sex drive (and capacity) of much younger man. That said, everything else in life needs to be good and balanced or it's partially wasted.

sounds good im guessing energy levels and wood is there? how about morning wood? what days do u inject? no itchy nipps etc?

be very careful asking this question on forums and i will explain why very simply. EVERYONE is different plus your body is constantly changing

the goal of TRT is to put your body at 'normal ranges of testosterone' right? so if you have low T levels and want to get it back to 800 you would run around 175mg a week of test to get it to that number.. another guy might need a bit more, another a bit less.

if your levels are too high that is bad too.

as far as AI, again blood work will tell you that. some guys can get away with no AI, some guys need an AI

Most people are going to get where they need to be at 100-200mg per week

Most people will not require an AI. If you do, aromasin is a better choice. Most doctors will not prescribe an AI though....and if they do it will be adex.

The goal is to be "normal" so your mood should be like a regular dude and yes, you should have some morning wood.

TRT is not life changing for most people so don't expect to feel like superman from it. For some people it is but that is not the norm.

I am on doctor prescribed TRT

150mg of test/week
0.5mg arimidex EOD

I feel great. Boundless energy.

There is a lot more to energy, libido etc. then just testosterone though. Sleep, diet, outlook on life etc. all play just as important of a role.

TRT=Doctor ... point taken Steve. My TRT in post #7 was first prescribed to me at Cenegenics, Las Vegas. After one year I changed doctors to Wailea Health on Maui. I've ranged from 88-100 mg/wk. Always morning wood when I have a woman in bed. If no woman ... hmm, uncertain. Energy up, yes. Inject 0600 Mon & 1800 Thursday. Have no memory of ever having "itchy nips". I would add, "A wonderful sense of well-being." But I find that TRT's benefits get eroded when stressed out, tired, eating poorly, etc. I'd suggest to others to have their life well-balanced (however defined) first, then TRT (for me as an old guy) feels like ... finding the missing piece to your puzzle.

did you ever up your trt dose? also did you use any AI ? did you split your shots?

I chatted at the gym about this very point today. TRT, doc of low dose and self administered, will (at best) make you feel 'ok'. Not, as Masonic says, like you're 'on'. It's why I question the need for what seems like an increasingly large amount of posts here and in a group I'm a member of on Facebook I see 'I'm on TRT'. More than a few are doing so with a mental need to be on over a physical one. That and not liking how they feel post cycle.
