All of you have heard about whey protein, but what's the difference between Whey protein isolate and concentrate? Read on to find out the facts about isolate and concentrate....

I am with @gearhead on this one. A whey protein concentrate is slightly cheaper then an isolate but I am really sensitive to lactose. A whey protein concentrate absolutely kills my stomach and leaves me feeling really gassy and bloated. I always stick with a pure whey isolate.

A whey isolate is also lower in carbs and fat. It might only be a few grams of carbs and fat but if you are using multiple servings per day and using the product every single day, it does add up.

you can always tell a low quality protein powder 2 obvious ways by reading the label

1. you see concentrate included as an ingredient
2. you see a bunch of ingredients, many of which you cannot pronounce

n2bm isolate is neither of the above. it is a high quality protein without breaking the bank

I used to use a protein from Costco called LeanFit before I found N2BM. I literally got the shits from this product. Needless to say I threw it out and never used a whey concentrate again. It is funny to because I have never been sensitive to dairy/lactose before but the whey concentrate just kills me. My favourite is Columbian Espresso.

I used to only use Optimum Nutrition gold standard whey but recently Ive been using isomorph 28 from APS nutrition. I really like the flavors and how it blends in water. Definitely prefer an isolate and i got a discount too from samedaysupps which is always great

brother i used optimum but always get bloating...you got bloating from optimum?

Always prefer isolate to whey. It is faster absorbed, you can use higher doses without making the stomach upset and it disolves 10 times better
