Which fish oil ?

I second the Krill Oil, many tests have shown it to be strong in Omega 3s. Omega 3s are what to look for since in our more Western diets our ratio of omega 6 to 3s is very out of proportion. A good book that goes into it is "Genius Foods." I use the Krill Oil from Onnit, but only every other day or less depending on my fish intake which I try to keep high.

I don't think you are going in a wrong direction which one of these two options you are going to choose.
Right now I am using Krill Oil by N2BM and so far been satisfied with it. Previously I used a liquid fish oil supplement.

I've also read some studies suggesting that human body might actually absorb and utilize those omega 3s in krill oil better but I am not sure whether this has been 100% confirmed yet.

Just one question. Its supposed fish oil or krill oil content omega 3 & 6 and I wonder if someone knows the % of each one per source?.

I don't know if sources gives this kind of info.

I just bough some pills in this from site, but they don't give you extra information.

they have EPA and DHA which are both omega 3 oils of course. you are good to go.. just go to n2bm and get their krill oil

stay away from omega 6 oils like hydrogenated oils, veggie oils, canola, sunflower etc. pretty much the cheap oils restaurants drench their food with cause it is cheap and it keeps food fresher

Which fish oil

Do some research on Krill oil. Better then just "fish oil" and yes it will be a great supplement for reducing cholesterol. Made a difference in my life.
