Wilson's weightloss log

currently im 206lbs. Ive gained about 11lbs back. I dont feel that great so its time to finish what i started.

Im making this log so that i can inspire others to to get past obstacles in their life(which mine is weightloss)

Im going to be hiring Trevor as my coach soon. After im done cutting im going to run a cycle to bulk up.

I'll be following along your log buddy. I give you kudos for posting photos of yourself. I know that isn't easy.

I know that I am not coaching you currently but I am always around if you have any questions for me on your diet, training or supplements. Post them up and I will happily answer them.

My advice for you would be to get your body fat down to about 8% before starting to bulk back up. The body grows best in a lean state. Your muscle insulin sensitivity is the highest and your body will aromatize very little testosterone into estrogen. Not to mention your health and endurance will be much better so you will be able to train and recover to your body's max capacity.
 
I will follow along with your progress, and seeing your mentality, I am sure that you will succeed in achieving your goals. Over the months I have seen the huge progress made by @russking, and I am sure that you will do great as well.
 
Consistency is the Key.
So listen to Muskate, and you'll get there.
Remember, it's a Process.

Steve and JP use the magic word...... "consistency". You may get results faster or slower than you thought but if you are consistent they will come. This forum is a great source of motivation so if you are every feeling down or like cheating on your diet just come here and read some posts. Read some articles on steroids and supplements. It will quickly have your mind right back on track! Really looking forward to this transformation.

I want to thank everyone for the support. I will be updating this log weekly with the progress i will be making
 
There are so many weight loss products available. But I think you should try only those natural weight loss products which are made with natural supplements. This will help you in reducing your weight.
