Like everyone has said, just take it orally, I see no reason to go over 50mg, I took it during a cut as a stand alone, with the exception of a sarm stack, and I was in a roughly 2000 calorie deficit and it helped me keep most of my lean mass and I actually got a bit stronger. As far as joint pain, I naturally consume a ton of omega-3s, but supplemented that anyway along with some other basic joint supps and I was fine, but I did keep my lifts very heavy with few reps as I noticed that even at medium reps (6-10) I would get soreness. Overall I liked it, and for the price its great.
