Winstrol questions

Just turned 33 and I'm starting to notice some changes in my body. Testosterone is starting to wave bye bye to me. My libido is starting to go also. My 23 yr old gf just dumped me for it. I've read about a cutting steroid called Winstrol. I've decided to go with it over others because of its popularity. I've looked to purchase it online, but some of the websites don't seem legit. Does anyone on the forums have any advice on legit sites that sell it? Any help would be great. Thanks.
 
bro there is source talk you can check...but you need to set up your winstrol cycle bro first....
 
I'm 6'2 220lbs. 20% body fat. My biggest issue is never having energy to start a good workout regimen. I've been on anti depressants b4 to fix it. But all that does is make me unmotivated, but happy about the fact that I'm lazy. I've had bloodwork done a few times b4 also. Everything checks out ok. Liver, testosterone levels etc. I know my issue is low testosterone. I guess my levels aren't low enough for a dr to prescribe me something. All she did was give me some Zoloft. All that did was make me unmotivated, and happy about it. I've done research out the ass on winstrol. And I think it's for me. Just having issues on finding a legit website I can trust to purchase it. I'm not looking to stack cycles. I just need that extra boost. To my testosterone levels and my libido. Get the six pack I've always wanted. So I can finally feel good about myself again. Like I said in my first post. I bagged a 23 yr old med student. She dumped me for my lack of energy and my bad libido. Thanks again for all the advice.
 
I'm going to suspect diet is a major issue here. 20%bf is high for a guy. plus low energy levels means you're not eating the proper foods to fuel yourself properly thus making you feel more lethargic.

also. winny only won't help your libido. test does that. winny will help lose a little weight. but at 20% id say you should be spending money on a dietician and a personal trainer. it would be better spent that way than on the "get horny quick" idea you currently have
 
To dapper82 - First off before you stick anything in your body that isn't food you need to clean up your diet, cardio and lose that BF. Cut out all sugar that isn't natural and low carb it for a while until you can feel like adding clean carbs more frequently. Once you get that BF % down around 12% then I would say you are ready. Before then and now I would use this board to research everything I can about Test and Winstrol if you want to end up taking Winstrol even.

and most of all motivation doesn't come from a pill or drug.. it comes from within.

you think most of us on here who are gym rats don't have days where we feel like shit and don't have energy to go work out? fuck it happens all the time.. I might have a bad day at work, have allergies, whatever.. doesn't mean I don't still go.. this is a lifestyle

and to followup with what has been said above.. diet is very important.. you can choose to eat foods that will give you life and energy or you can choose to eat foods that suck the life out of you.

that's why IIFYM and the poptart diet are bullshit.. you think a poptart pre workout is going to give you the nutrients and energy over a sweet potato? the energy to fucking kill it in the gym and nail that last rep when your muscles feel like they are going to explode? fuck no..

Ok, thanks everyone. Really a big help. Gonna hold off of on any roids for a bit. Starting some intense core cardio. Not really into bulking. I want a lean six pack like I had back in the day. So when I'm ready. I'll just stick to winny. Don't want to attract too much negative attn because of my job. Can anyone post a detailed diet regimes? I'm gonna go low carb high protein for a bit. Any help would be great. Figured by mid July I should be ready for some winstrol cycles. Thanks.

.....enough said. This is the bottem line. Stay away from whinny. Deal with the diet. ...first ands formost. You will feel 200 percent better., after that start with sarms ...and def run some bloods. This is super important.

we need stats man. and i would suggest downloading myfitnesspal app. not the most accurate but i use it all the time. eating isn't about a regimented diet. that gets old and boring. its just making sure you're eating 8-10cups of veggies a day. taking in x amount of fats, carbs and proteins from healthy sources. I'm not a huge fan of protein shakes because people abuse it but they do have their place in our world. you need to find how to follow macros. workout with heavy ass weights and do some light cardio or HIIT training. this TONS of cardio bullshit isn't the answer either. and thinking that lifting big ass weights is gonna make you explode like ronnie coleman isn't gonna happen either. the leanest people i know that are 40lbs less than me can almost lift what i do, and trust me i lift big
 
Taking winstrol as trt isn't how it goes. You need to get on trt probably. Winstrol is not what you want.

if it's trt I need. Will it cut recovery time out of the picture? Or almost. When I used to workout. I did pretty intense workouts without putting anything into my body. I'm a newb when it comes to anything testosterone based. My recovery times were at least 48hours at best. So bad I had to quit workouts 3 days b4 a football game.
 
I recommend working out for a few months or ayear or more before jumping on gear. I mean get your ass in the gym and fucken kill it. Gear will just make you able to kill it more. If you don't hit the gym you can do more harm than good. Sucks about your gf but hell with it. Take care of you and when you feel better find new 26 year old . Just my 2 cents.
 
and dude. you let us do all the talking but still haven't mentioned what we keep going on about. DIET! it doesn't matter what you take. if you're not on point with diet then its all for nothing. you know how many guys I've known to run wicked cycles but did shit for diet and half assed workouts and got fat, got boobs, and now look worse than when they started? A LOT!
 
Yes, I'm aware that diet is key. It goes without saying. All I've been eating for the past few days are ground turkey, veggies, boiled chicken, and kicked soda outta my life for an extra edge. I killed it at the gym this morning after work and feel great. Sure I feel like I've been hit by a monster truck but I can't wait to do it again. Because of issues related to my testosterone my recovery times are at least 2 days at best. Screw my libido. I poured some sob story yesterday on my dr and she wrote me a script for cialis. That's not a problem anymore. I'm just an idiot when it comes to cycles. Not starting one yet, but thanks to everyone's comments I'll get my diet in order first. Again thanks to everyone for your comments. It's been a real motivation being on this forum.
 
Been eating low carb/high protein for about a week now. only have time for two meals a day due to work. Basically ground turkey, Chicken, tuna, and added veggies to my diet. About 6 cups worth of broccoli a day. Kicked soda, even diet sodas outta my life. Going to Gnc this weekend for an edge. Going to start a test cycle in a few months. Killed it at the gym last night. The way I feel right now I might start a test cycle earlier if my recovery time doesn't improve. I realized I gotta start somewhere. Thanks to everyone for their help and advise.
 
Last word of advice here - you gotta get more than two meals a day in bro. Your metabolism is sure to stall right out and your not going to lose the weight you want. You need to be eating healthy snacks and meals - just pack them up in your bag and take them to work. I mean you can't be working in a coal mine or something.
