Brothers this is my workout split.day 1. legs and abs.day 2. chest and triceps.day 3. hiit cardio.day4 . back and biceps day5 .shoulder day 6. hiit cardio.day 7 .hitt cardio.pleace tell me is it ok or what should i change.thnkx

looks great. but changing your workout routine every month or two can be really helpful. our bodies have a strange but an adaptable mechanism it can adapt to anything.

This is one nice split. I was just wondering of how to add variety to my own split, and I think that your split is a good one to try. There are minor things that could be changed, but this is all personal and individual.

I agree, variety is key to a split. I am Def going to split my variety with splits during the week that was shown. I was just writing up.my schedule and already made a few changes based on this info.

And I would make sure to run your PCT as already mentioned above for best results.

HCG- 500-1000ius/day for 10 days.

Then start PCT:

Nolvadex- 40mgs/day for 2 weeks, then 20mgs/day for 2 weeks then 10mgs/day for 2 weeks. 6 weeks total.

Clomid- 150mgs/day for 2 weeks, then 100mgs/day for 2 weeks then 50mgs/day for 2 weeks. 6 weeks total.
