I take some ZMA supplements before traning to boost test. Right after I do, I feel very tired and sleepy and hard to train. Is this normal or is it some kind of effect only I'm feeling?

ZMA is nothing more then a zinc, magnesium and vitamin b6 supplement. That's it. It's just those 3 vitamins/minerals in capsules. The reason it's recommended to take ZMA before bed because zinc and magnesium can promote relaxation and vitamin b6 is a precursor to melatonin production.

Taking ZMA at any other time of the day should not make you sleepy. It would be almost like taking a multivitamin. Taking a multivitamin shouldnt make you sleepy.

There's a simple solution though. Just take the ZMA before your last meal of the day. That way you will benefit from the improved sleep as well.

That is why ZMA is recommended to take before bed, not before workouts

This is quite a normal thing with ZMA, and it is in fact one of the reasons people will use it for sleep problems. If you still want to keep using it without falling asleep, you might as well just take it at night before going to sleep. In any case, it will do nothing for you as a pre-workout supplement, and you would have a much easier time by taking it at night.

It shouldn't really make you feel tired before training. Are you getting a proper meal in 90 minutes before training? I wonder if your body is just not fueled properly for the workout. You also need to be hydrated.
