Zma question

Can you take melatonin(3mg) and magnesium oxide(500mg) at the same time,same day?I was taking ZMA for a while but just got tired of not being able to eat at night, and although it didnt cost me a fourtone I had to take 3 pills at night, 90 in a bottle, it just added up, anyway if anyone knows the awnser to my question please let me know.thanks.

you should not take melatonin every night. the best way to raise it is turning off lights and electronics. you should also invest in blue blockers and put them on at sunset

I take it an hour or so before bed on a glass of water. Helps me for sure.
