Been reading on different forums different stack suggestions. I saw zma with creatine and glutamine is best but on other forums they say you shouldn't take glutamine with zma, not sure whats right. give me advice please
There will be no negative interactions taking ZMA with glutamine or creatine.
It's recommended to take ZMA on any empty stomach because other minerals in the foods you eat will compete for absorption and the ZMA won't be absorbed as efficiently as if you were to take it on an empty stomach. Taking ZMA with food won't hurt you or anything like that, you just won't absorb as much of the supplement as if you took it on an empty stomach.
Since there are no minerals in creatine or glutamine, there are no problems taking a ZMA supplement with them as neither the glutamine or creatine will effect absorption of the ZMA.

Well Im curious what was the reasoning behind their advice.
The only credible idea of not stacking glutamine together would be due to glutamine being useless and not worth to stack with anything or using it as stand alone.
As for these supplements, you can take them all together, they have no negative effect on each other.
