Jason Giambi Training
History
Named one of the Top 10 Most Superstitious Athletes by Men's Fitness, Jason Giambi is a five-time All-Star who has led the American League in walks four times and in on-base percentage three times, and in doubles and in slugging percentage once each.
Giambi was voted MVP in both baseball and basketball, and he was an All-League quarterback in American Football. During the 1989 MLB Draft, he was selected in the 43rd round by the Milwaukee Brewers but decided not to sign and went on to finish college. In the second round of the 1992 Major League Baseball Draft, Jason Giambi was selected by Oakland Athletics. In addition, he has the distinction of being a member of the fourth place United States national baseball team at the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona.
Doping and BALCO Scandal
Jason Giambi was caught up in the BALCO scandal of 2003. He was one of the baseball players who was accused of steroid use after the BALCO scandal. In 2004, Jason Giambi came out and admitted to steroid use and also said he injected himself with human growth hormone (HGH). It seems he took “the clear” and “the cream”, one of which is a trenbolone derivative and the other a testosterone. From this revelation we can easily put together the potential Jason Giambi steroid cycle.
Before we go further, I want to give credit to Jason Giambi for being a man and admitting to his steroid use. He stood up and admitted to what he did without dancing around like a little girl. It would be great if more athletes had a sense of honor and dignity that Giambi had.

Jason Giambi @ Oakland
Why were these drugs used during his cycle?
Andriol – there was discussion of Jason using oral testosterone. The closest thing we have in the industry is andriol, which is an oral version of testosterone. It would help with recovery and training.
Trenbolone – since he used “the clear”, the closest example to that would be trenbolone acetate. It would help boost muscle growth and lower bodyfat levels. Though, it wouldn't do well for cardio.
HGH – a usual performance enhancer, HGH was used to increase muscle mass, decrease recovery times after training and decrease bodyfat.
Cardarine – this product would be used to boost cardio and endurance when trenbolone was used. At that point, it wasn't available, but it's a perfect fit for baseball stars trying to boot endurance in the early 2000s when testing wasn't developed.
NOTE: I would also guess he was using supplements to help with liver and kidneys. Every smart athlete uses cycle aids. Best idea would be to use some N2Guard daily so the liver values are normal and look clean.
