Legal Steroids are the new buzzword in health and fitness circles. It provides lifelong ‘natty’ athletes with a viable alternative to androgens and research chemicals (SARMS).
But considering that it’s a fairly new entrant into the industry, there’s a lot of skepticism surrounding it, and rightly so.
The supplement industry has gained a fairly dubious reputation of being one that thrives on hype and exaggeration more than legit products that work.
Take a look at any supplement bottle or product label and you’ll see athletes who are juiced to their gills with anabolic steroids.
Not only is this misleading, it also disillusions the user because they expect to miraculously sprout massive muscles after using these supplements.
With legal steroids, anybody who’s looking for the edge in the gym have a terrific opportunity.
Steroid laws and regulations vary greatly from country to country. In most countries, steroids can only be legally possessed with a prescription. For example, in the United States steroids are classified as a schedule 3 drug under the Controlled Substances Act of 2004, making steroids illegal without a prescription. If this is the first time you’ve read about legal steroids, or were contemplating whether to use it or not, then here are six things that you must know about it.
1 – Natural hormonal production
Legal steroids do not interfere with your natural hormonal production. Anabolic steroids are exogenous versions of hormones naturally produced by your body. So, when you inject them or use an oral form, your body detects a sudden surge in hormonal levels, which results in a massive suppression or total shutdown of your endogenous hormonal production.

Ditto with SARMS, which bind to androgen receptors and competes with testosterone for it.
As your body tries to cope with the sudden influx of hormones, a variety of changes take place. Some of the hormones react with 5-alpha-reductase to convert into estradiol. Others, especially the DHT-derivatives bind strongly to androgen receptors which triggers androgenic side effects.

For example, Legal Dianabol can be used as a kick starter to quickly gain 10-15 lbs. of lean muscle mass. Or, you can use it as part of a mass building stack over a period of 3-6 months to make some serious gains.

Talking about mass building stacks, there’s legal Deca Durabolin which is an amazing mass builder. It works a little slower as compared to other legal steroids. But it is terrific if you are looking for slow, long term muscle mass that can be retained.

3 – Legal Steroids do not cause side effects
When it comes to Anabolic steroids or SARMS, the most important concern that probably makes people think twice, are side effects.
Testosterone is the base steroid for most stacks. That alone can cause both estrogenic and androgenic side effects. Estrogenic can be managed to an extent with AI drugs or SERMS. But if you are prone to androgenic side effects, there’s no way to avoid them. You will get extreme acne breakouts, you will go bald and your skin will become oily as an oil slick.
Trenbolone can cause severe mental side effects including paranoia and even psychosis.
Deca Durabolin is infamous for the Deca Dick.
Legal Steroids - Cakewalk
Almost all orals can cause severe hepatotoxicity.
Gynecomastia is a real concern with any steroid that aromatizes.
In comparison, Legal Steroids are a cakewalk. They do not cause any of these side effects because they do not interfere with your hormonal system at all. They don’t aromatize. They don’t bind to androgen receptors.

In some rare instances, you might experience a mild headache or dryness in the mouth. That’s manageable.
4 –Does not show up in a drug test
There’s nothing worse than being busted in a drug test if you are a professional athlete. Legal steroids will not show up in a drug test. A lot of times, supplements are laced with SARMS or banned ingredients that can show up in a surprise test even months after ingesting it. It can result in a temporary ban or even a permanent ban jeopardizing your entire career.
That’s not the case with Legal Steroids though. These supplements contain no banned ingredients that will show up as a nasty surprise in a drug test.

You have to be extremely precise with where you inject, lest you accidentally hit a nerve and end up paralyzed.
Okay, we don’t intend to fear monger. But self-administered injections are risky.
With legal steroids, there’s no such risk. All legal steroids are oral pills and you can take a dose anytime, anywhere in complete discretion without worrying about being caught with spirit alcohol and needles and whatnot.

6 – No PCT is required after a cycle of Legal Steroids
With anabolic steroids, you’ll not only inject exogenous hormones into your body, you’ll take a whole bunch of other chemicals after you stop using them. No PCT is required after a cycle of Legal Steroids. This is called the ‘Post Cycle Therapy’ and it is typically carried out using a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator drug, which is otherwise used for Breast Cancer treatment.

The idea behind PCT is to allow your body to recover sooner and start its natural hormonal production as soon as possible.
However, PCT drugs also cause side effects. In some cases, the side effects can be as bad as the ones caused by steroids themselves.
PCT - Cause Side Effects
With legal steroids, PCT is not needed. You can stop cold turkey whenever you have achieved your goals.
Alternatively, you can choose to use it for months.
