Should I take this when I am not feeling well ???
Try all the time. Maybe it'd stop you feeling ill more
I usually bump up my vitamin c intake while I'm sick or feeling the symptoms of getting sick.
I just take a multivitamin year round.

Well I was recently out of the country and everyone got sick. They were dropping like flies. I (of course) had all of my families normal vitamins and supplements packed. However no vitamin c. I opted to dose myself, my hubby and kids with fresh squeezed orange juice. We did not get sick. While I think taking vitamin c is great. If you can fresh squeeze oranges or grapefruit- I’d prefer that.
