Best place to inject

I recently acquired L-carntine--I have heard good things about it. I am perplexed by the conflicting opinions as to where to inject it--sub q or IM. I would appreciate some feedback from anyone in the forum who has some experience with L-carnitine, and what they feel is the best injection location. Thanks.

you can go IM, Sub Q or IV... they are all methods used for it... not likely you will do the IV so you can do either sub q or IM... really up to you

What I've read it's usually administered IV or IM.

Method of administration doesn't matter. I prefer subq for peptides.

the reason some of these compounds need to go IM is they can burn if you inject them outside of muscle .. B12 is an example of that .. never inject carn so try it
