Best multivitamin to take?

I take n2bm 3d multi not everyday but if my diet is lacking in something or I have a cheat day (a fast food meal) I take it. A well balanced diet shouldn't need one every day.
 
I use one a day men's, but most multivitamins will be of decent quality if not always neccessary.
 
Don't worry too much about what everyone else does. You shouldn't make decisions based on following the herd.

And unsurprisingly I've also been taking the same exact multivitamin but before that I was using some product from some of our local hippie health store.
 
Multivitamin is ok.

Amino acids and others can be greatly beneficial.
I'm talking tryptophan, that stuff helps increase serotonin, better more well rested sleep, confidence.

I also take zinc - immunity
Inisitol - increases saturation of dopamine receptors (somthing like that)
Tyrosine - helps replenish dopamine.
Choline - cognition.

Rememeber the only happiness you feel is ur dopamine and serotonin
 
How do you know which Multi V is best to take?? I want to see what people are taking daily ?
The best one to take would be the one that covers whatever deficiencies you have in your diet. A good well balanced diet should require little to no extra supplementation.
 
a majority of people on this forum have below avg gut health so you are ALREADY going to be deficient in many minerals and vitamins. 80% of people reading this have poor zinc and other minerals.. that is why so many people have low testosterone and have to go on TRT these days. blame poor soil quality, people eating non-organic, processed foods, and frequent meals for that. the best way to know if you have a healthy gut is if you have regular bowel movements, which most people do not. do you ever get heartburn? do you bloat after meals? literally does your shit stink? do you need a laxative to crap? etc etc. every other commercial on nightly tv is for laxatives, antacids, pepto bismol, etc. someone with healthy gut doesn't need to take drugs everyday to cover up their problems

so yes you need a multi EVEN if you think you are eating healthy, unless you are like me and have a healthy gut. i strongly recommend n2guard and n2bm multi vitamin
 
Actually yeh probiotics are worth taking.

I do the occasional b12 shot.

Also there are now sooo many xenoestrogens in the environment.
Everything we consume now is contaminated with estrogens.
Average men's test levels have gone down a lot over the last 50 years I read.

Some of that is down to piss poor diets too.
 
True. Also mass supply of food to feed the population requires that food to be processed with synthetic chemicals, preservatives to increase shelf life ect.

Pesticides, ripening tomato's in gas chambers... Most of the stuff you eat from the grocery store has synthetic laboratory chemicals in it. It's insane.
I eat paleo organic cave man diet or I don't feel well.
Just meat and vegetables mostly.
