Improving my rowing performance

I'm 18 and I have a 5 week summer training session for crew (rowing) and I'm going to be working out with them team on the rowing machine for about 2 hours, 6 days a week with my team. I will most likely be lifting 6 on/1 off on top of this. What supplements should I take in addition to whey protein? I was thinking NO-Shotgun + Size-On (which I've used before) or Pink Magic + Prime, but I'm not sure what would be better.

Honestly the best supplement is lots of clean whole foods, and perhaps add creatine into the mix.

I don't even know what that is. Just eat more and maybe add a creatine (Ancient Strength works)

aside from fancy named labels and retarded claims what exactly are in those products? did you even look that up?

the first one i looked up has sucralose as an ingredient. look up actual non biased studies on that ingredient + the fact that inferior products will sneak things like that in them.

no none of that shit will help you row better sorry. it starts with training, coaching, and genetics. from there you need a good wholesome diet. i would only suggest at your age a simple n2generate + creatine stack .. that is all you need.. n2bm sells both
