Day 1 of osta cycle

Yeaaaa fell in love again today haha. I originally said I was going to do 7-8 sets of Bench but I get such a stamina increase from this stuff that I can go all night! So I did chest/tri. Strength has stayed the same over the last 10ish days. Got 80 5x for incline press and 200 5x for bench(always been my weakest exercise). Rest of my workout was more about high rep and perfecting form so I could get some good pumps on my triceps. So far I'm 3 days into 75mg/day of Erase and no side effects from anything I'm taking. Pretty happy so far through this whole cycle as I'm "filling" out nicely. Will update soon ladies and germs.

I noticed that Ostarine (MK-2866) increases endurance as well as make you stronger and faster.

Workout went pretty good! Lat pull down got stronger and my seated row got weaker somehow I think, could be an endurance issue today though. It's HARD to give 110% every workout on 1800-2000 cals per day but I sat on my fatass for years and now it's time to pay the price. Started at roughly 278 and now Down to 274 in 5 weeks while increasing endurance, strength, and overall look. Was hoping for 270 but oh well, shoulders and legs tomorrow yeaaaaa buddy.

Thanks for the replies bros. haven't posted in a couple days! Shoulder/leg workout went pretty decent Saturday. Today I did chest and tris, got 240 5x on chest press so not to bad...numbers have been steady to little increase last couple weeks. No negative side effects at all, mood has definately increased! Triceps are feeling harder and a little more defined. I took a pre workout today because I had a sample of it, I usually never take one because they don't do shit for me(except craze) but HOLY SHIT it kicked my ass. I've never felt so awesome! It was called myogenix hypershock rage. Try it if you want a solid ass boost! I will be half way thru my cycle soon and will type a nice overview of how I feel and be very detailed here soon. Yeh its best to judge by the mirror, and not the scale. When recomping you can stay near the same weight while shredding up since you are adding ,uncle and dropping fat at a similar rate

Haha appreciate it guys. The laptop is fine. It had all my porn on it so I protect it like it's my wife because it is. Elbow is not bad. Did a light back/bi workout today nothing special. Feeling good mood is highly elevated. Everyone have a fun and safe thanksgiving

Finally got back into the groove after thanksgiving. Did a nice cardio/leg workout nothing special. Starting to get some frequent headaches...not sure what that's about so I will monitor closely. Got my next cycle set up already :)

Are you checking your Blood Pressure? Before and during a work-out for starters, to see if your BP is elevating too quickly. That would cause a headache in a flash!!
If you don't have a BP monitor, you can purchase one almost any where (Rite-Aid, CVS, Amazon), they even have them on Watches (can be pricey).
It's impt., make sure that you're checking it, and keep a log of where it's at and when!!!

What's wrong with your shoulder, bud? Gotta take care of that rotator cuff. And check your bp! Celery and carrots help with lowering it so maybe add those to your diet.

That sucks, when I throw a football I do kindof an underhand throw cause regular throwing jacks up my shoulder. It looks kindof weird but I get a good spin on it.
 
I'm now a little past half of my cycle(week 7) and I figured I would give my honest opinion on how I feel so far.

Weeks 1-4.....were pretty good! Lot of endurance and gained some strength week 3&4. Mood started to elevate late week 4. ZERO side effects except for a hard ween piece...which is fine with me lol.

Weeks 5-present(7).......have went average(partly my fault) I incorporated PES Erase into my cycle 2 weeks ago as an early part in transitioning into PCT. So far I haven't felt shit from erase except for being a little dry. I've stayed the same in the strength department and about the same in the endurance dept. I've had sickness and a left arm injury that have held me back the last couple weeks. Mood and dick are still strong. I've maintained 1800-2000 cals about 5.5 days a week with 1.5 cheat days. I'm not sure if my diet is to low in cals but I'm feeling weaker and unmotivated some days. I'm getting enough protein in my diet and a decent amount of carbs but i can't figure out why I'm not getting stronger. Going to go easy on my arm tomorrow and do a light back/bi workout. I might be too low with the calories but I need to cut baddddd. I love osta, just hoping these next 5 weeks go better! Any diet suggestions are welcome.

Stats: 6ft 274 bf unsure but above 25%

Started at 278 now at 274

Diet is about 200g protein 120g carbs 60g fat tweeked a tad bit depending on the day but not much

Add more omega 3s into your diet such as nut butters, sunflower butter, flax (ungrounded), chia seeds etc it will help with strength, blood sugar and also mood. Keep goin' strong!

Fuck off haha everyone has to start somewhere, bro. I started with bodybuilding then progressed and I'm still learning new things every day. I also had a traumatic injury at 17 so I've had to train differently out of necessity. When I do my next bodybuilding competition I will shift to more hypertrophy-oriented training. Right now the only hypertrophy exercises I'm doing are for my weaker leg to correct muscular imbalances. Keep up the awesome progress, bro, it's been sweet keeping up with your log!
 
I'm trying, was supposed to do legs today but the fuckin weather here is bad and I'm not risking my "safety" to workout...even though it pisses me off that every fn day it has to snow or rain and freeze. My left arm has been hurting anyways so it's probably good that I have this time off for it to heal but still.... Soooooo, tomorrow will now be shoulders and legs and I will update

No wonder you feel weaker, Your at least 74 grams short on the Protein, I would go up at least 100 grams.
Now for energy, I have found and also I know a lot of Pro's do this "Sweet Potatoes" post workout. The starch in the Potato will get your energy back up without adding any fat.
I stay at 100 grms of Carbs, all the time (I cycle, little under, little over).
Try a "cheat meal", instead of a "cheat day", You'll be better off in the long run. This has kept me at 11 to 12% bf, this past year.
I started at 25 to 28% bf, about 3 years ago. I wasn't, and still can't do much Cardio (bad hips).
I wish you all the luck. It's all worth it in the end, You'll see.............................................................JP

Got some bad news peeps :( was diagnosed with a bleeding ulcer in my stomach so everything has came to a screeching halt. Can't lift for a bit, can't eat my usual diet for a bit an can't take my supps. I hate to quit a cycle right in the middle of it but unfortunately I have to. Any suggestions guys?

I was having severe heartburn type issues and the burning was so bad that It was also causing my back to hurt. I was throwing up and weak etc...I had an ulcer about 13 years ago when I was 11-12 and this time it's far worse. I went to the ER and they loaded me up with morphine because the pain was so bad and it only helped for about a half hour. Now I have to follow the "BRAT" diet. Bread rice apple toast....surely won't meet my body sculpting dreams eating that shit lol

I don't know if you're familiar with "Ayurvedic Medicine", ancient Indian, from India, over 5,000 years of treating Illness with all natural ingredients.

Good stuff^^. You might also want to start taking spirulina or chlorella since they help with gut flora which are the good bacteria found within your digestive tract. A lot of people suffer from leaky gut due to poor diet or just missing certain things within their diet. I hope you get to feeling better, bro, very sorry to hear this! Rest up...I'll go Beast Mode 2.0 for the rest of my cycle since you're not able to stay on dat workout grind :)

as long as your health, id keep going. you have already made good progress so far, I know a monkey wrench was tossed in......but you can still recover. get back on track the best you can.....and keep going.

as for the fish oil.....try cla. much different.

I was looking around for you as to the causes. Simple answer, I don't think they're really sure what causes "Gall Stones". The "Mayo Clinic" website says that it could be caused by
1) When your Bile contains too much Cholesterol, normally the bile has enough chemicals to dissolve the cholesterol excreted by the Liver, excess cholesterol can
lead to crystals that form into stones.
2) When your Bile contains too much Bilirubin, billirubin is a chemical that your body produces when you break down red blood cells, excess also leads to stones.
3) When your Gallbladder doesn't empty correctly, if your gallbladder doesn't empty completely of often enough, the bile becomes concentrated and contributes to
the formation of gallstones.

I 'am really sorry to hear about your "Gallstones". Try to take some comfort in the fact that today they can usually "Scope" them out, instead of a large incision.

P.S.
It's called a Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatogram. If they use this process, they can go right down your throat (it's not that bad, I've been scoped). They can see what's going on and take out the stones, if necessary.

After you see your Doc, if you need any help trying to figure out which way to go, or clarification on a term that your unfamiliar with. Pm me and I'll look it up and see what kind of alternative's, if any, are out there. Honestly though, I think it will be a simple scope, and no more gallstones. I really hope that's the outcome..........................JP
 
Yea I really appreciate it man! I hope they can just bust these stones up real quick because I know my past dieting habits are part of why I have them but the last 8 months my diet has been 85% clean so I can't imagine them coming back as long as I stay on target

Holy f I was a lot weaker today :(. I struggled getting 55s 10x on inclined bench! Usually I'm doing 60s 10x no struggle. I feel like I've lost everything in less than 2 weeks

You will lose endurance long before you lose strength, bro. Also, there is a phenomenon that your body undergoes pertaining to muscle memory (in terms of strength). Try taking slightly longer rest periods with your strength workouts for the next week and see if that helps. If you do a certain weight and then rest 3-7 minutes in between sets your body will adapt better to handle that specific weight. For example, I hadn't deadlifted 405 on a regular Olympic bar in a few months and barely knocked out a rep. I stayed patient and rested 3-4 minutes and went back and got 3 at 405 which I've never done period. Appreciate bro! Yea I'm excited. I logged my lift today to keep track of my numbers over the next few months. So far all I've gotten is a boner lol Today i did shoulders got 55 6x for dumbbell press and 225 6x for should press....not good enough for me I feel like a pussy lol but we will see! Not expecting HUGE increases like test or something just a little boost.

225 x 6 on a straight bar standing shoulder press? that is actually quite good.
 
You will lose endurance long before you lose strength, bro. Also, there is a phenomenon that your body undergoes pertaining to muscle memory (in terms of strength). Try taking slightly longer rest periods with your strength workouts for the next week and see if that helps. If you do a certain weight and then rest 3-7 minutes in between sets your body will adapt better to handle that specific weight. For example, I hadn't deadlifted 405 on a regular Olympic bar in a few months and barely knocked out a rep. I stayed patient and rested 3-4 minutes and went back and got 3 at 405 which I've never done period. Hmmm got my liver test back. My alkaline phosphate and ALT are a little high. Suggestions? Everything else is in range. It's weird because 1 week ago they were all 100% in range

Did or are u taking any ant-inflammatory over the counter drugs? If so they will raise liver enzymes....not sure on the vicodins.

Forged liver support is good, also NAC at 600mg twice a day. If they are just a little high its prob not a big deal tho. Mine are always a bit elevated.
 
I'm assuming it's because of the "infection" I got when I had my gallbladder pain. She said they aren't far out of range and are getting lower every week which is good. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't from the osta. BUT I'm back on the plan! Did back and bi today! Lost some endurance and maybe a little bit of strength! Only about 4.5 weeks left on my cycle. No bad side effects so far but I've been off of everything for about 8 days so I'll just wait for it to kick in again! Im gunna bridge straight into a katanadrol cycle right after this

Forged liver support is good, also NAC at 600mg twice a day. If they are just a little high its prob not a big deal tho. Mine are always a bit elevated.

Cool bud I'll check those out! Mine are usually perfect that's why I'm a tad concerned but not really. I'm going to just do non-meth cycles for a while until everything is under control, katana is next :)

Chest tri workout today! I did a more high intensity ct fletcher workout today lol. Used to be able to incline db press 80s 4x. Only got it once today so I definately lost strength...does anyone think I should finish out the rest of my cycle which is just the end of my pct(3weeks of erase/DAA) and just go right into katana? I don't think it will hurt anything honestly...

Ct fletcher is a fucking beast...so if you did one of his workouts good job, bro! I think a 3 week pct should be good DAA supposedly raises your test levels by like 35% or something after 3 weeks so you should be pretty close to normal from a hormonal standpoint. I'm not that familiar with katanadrol but obviously someone with more experience than me will chime in here shortly. Keep up the good work your cycle has been awesome to follow :)

Just get your blood work done. If everything looks good, then run Katanadrol.

Im actually going to run a helladroll and Katanadrol stack in about 4 weeks and im just coming off the triple stack. I will also be running n2bm daa in my mini pct with hcgenerate. Looking forward to this oral. I posted the stack in a thread called "check this out" cant wait son!

Yea I commented on your thread that's a killer stack!! I just got my blood work done a week ago and everything is back to normal! Enzymes were high because of an infection but I've had them done 3 times while on osta and the results were all perfect so I think I'm good to go! Thanks for the advice

Have a little more confidence, bro, it's just a woman not some medusa monster that's going to turn you to stone.
