Day 1 of osta cycle

Going to log my ostarine SARM cycle as best as possible. Thanks to Dylan for the advice and layout although I had to tweak it a bit because of limited funds and I'm to impatient to save lol.
Besides the basics (creatine, multi, fish oil) the cycle will look like this

1-8 Ostarine 25mg ED
1-8 HCGenerate
4-12 Erase (thought it would be a decent addition)
Mini pct

9-12 DAA
9-12 Unleashed/post cycle combo and of course the erase

Looking to maintain and/or increase strength while on a huge caloric deficit of 1600-1800 cals/day. Being that I weigh 278 at 6ft tall that's a huge cut for me. Will be about 200g of protein/day. Thanks again to Dylan he's a HUGE help. Any info or suggestions will be noted.
 
Appreciate bro! Yea I'm excited. I logged my lift today to keep track of my numbers over the next few months. So far all I've gotten is a boner lol Today i did shoulders got 55 6x for dumbbell press and 225 6x for should press....not good enough for me I feel like a pussy lol but we will see! Not expecting HUGE increases like test or something just a little boost.

Thanks man! You've been just as big of a help as well! It is extreme a tad but I feel like it's time I need to fully discipline myself and set a goal and make it happen! 2-3 days a week I might bump it to 2000-2100 cals for a little more protein

Right?? Lol I'm trying to be patient as I am a student and need to buy it all through multiple paycheck a to make sure I'm in budget. But I'm also bulking and on Madcows 5x5 so I'm sure I won't begin till I'm a little stronger (squats @215x5, bench 240x5, deadlift 290x5) that way I get more out of it by pushing more weight. But I'm excited to see the results from using it for cutting. Maybe post before and after pictures? That would be great motivation for a lot!

I'm talking about you posting them bro! Only if you're comfortable though. My experience, I was 265lbs @ 6'3" at roughly 25-28%bf and got down to 190lbs then have been bulking and am at 215lbs so far. Point is I always saw myself as still that 265lbs man till I (this is my experience, not saying yours is the same) pushed through my low self esteem and decided to post progress pictures and actually see how others liked my transformation. Most of us here are going to support you and cheer you on and for those that don't the moderators will take care of them. If you don't do them now I can't wait till you post them later to show off how great of a change you made bro. Trust me you'll want to show the world. Keep up the hard work man! I'm definitely going to be checking in

Day 2....off day! No sides except for more boners lol and who knows if that has anything to do with the osta this soon. Tomorrow is chest! Can't wait!

works best in the triple stack .. or atleast add the gw when cutting.. it will help you peel off bodyfat and help your cardio sessions 10 fold.its a must when trying to shead.

is the osta from sarms1?

you should have waited... you need to learn that nothing beats quality and waiting a few extra days for something can make all the difference... i would advise you not to make that sort of mistake again bro...

Day 3 today was chest. Pretty decent workout. Had a little more energy than normal after a great breakfast! Got 70 5x on dumbbell inclined press and 55 5x on dumbbell peck flys so ehhh we will see. No real noticeable positive or negative effects so far
 
Good luck man. I've ran osta a few times now and it is by far my favorite one. I've always used it in recomp and its worked every time. Its an awesome compound and you wont be dissapointed. Just stay at it and be patient, seems like it really kicked in late second week into third.
 
Thanks guys! Yea I keep hearing that it kicks in around 11-12 days. I've had some good sleep the last couple nights...not sure if it's this yet or because of the weather.
 
Day 4 was an off day....not much effects at all that I noticed besides Better sleep. Today(day 5) was a cardio day. Did 25 minutes on the elliptical and walked 1.5 miles felt pretty good could have went longer but the girlfriend was begging for "cuddle" time so I had to get home to her. Tomorrow is back and bi's and I am ready to tear it up! Hope I start to feel more soon!

agree.. massive deficit dude you may burn out. Better to go that low gradually. But in for the ride and good luck.
 
Thanks bro! Today was day 6, back/bi workout went pretty damn good. Won't go into detail about the entire workout but I did about 15 sets total on back and about 9 on biceps. I usually rep 135 8x on bent over barbell row and today it felt light so I repped 160 about 6x which I'm pretty exited about, think it's starting to kick in a little bit. Down 1.5 pounds since I started....at 276 now. Got about 165g of protein in my diet today...hard to get more and stay under 2000cals. So far the only effects I notice are more boners, better sleep, and increased appetite which blows because I can't have that lol. Tomorrow is shoulders! I will update. Thanks guys
 
WOW felt good today, shoulders and legs went good had a good energy (couple oxyelite pros) solid shoulder workout! Made some progress. No effects so far really except for small random bursts of feeling really good(almost like a good high). Will continue to update!

Dylan is THE MAN mad props to him. And I'm going to start logging as soon as I start my MK cycle so right there with you, sir. Are you going to be doing 3g DAA as part of your mini PCT? That seems to be the standard amount. I have to stray away from it usually cuz it gives me bad acne. And how are you gonna survive on 1600-1800 cal/day? I only weigh around 175 and going below 2000 calories makes me feel like death haha. Feel free to hit me up once I start my cycle that way we can help each other out with feedback. Prepare for beast mode!

Strength still the same for the most part(tiny increase, could be normal gains though). Sleep is better than normal which rocks. Tomorrow is leg day! @travis- yea my mini pct will include erase and DAA 3G ED, I get a bit of acne to on my back and forehead but not enough to make me look stupid lol. It's not hard for me to stay below 2000 at all. I killed my health for the last 10 years by eating 4500+ a day when I was bored or pissed etc...now I'm eating to live instead of livin to eat. My diet fills me up honestly I don't get hungry between meals. Good luck on your run I will definately subscribe and I will keep in touch for feedback and maybe answer some questions or ask some as well!

Hey man thanks for checking in! Didn't get a chance to post yesterday.....I did back and bi yesterday. It went alright, I had a rough day at work so I lost some energy. So far all my lifts have stayed the same except for 1 or 2 slighty going up. Pumps are AWESOME and I'm getting some muslce fullness throughout the day. Other then that no other noticeable effects. Haven't had any mood changes but I've never been a real happy or excited person anyways so it would probably take anti depressants to put me in a great mood haha. I will update again tomorrow, thanks!
 
I always see a positive change in sense of well-being when using sarms. If you ever try S4 you'll really feel it

Lol I whipped a little ass today! Had a nice shoulder workout even though I'm sick as shit with a sinus infections :( it was pretty hard to go all out and concentrate etc...but! I gained a little strength! 60 7x on the seated dumbbell press(previously 55 5x) and 235 shoulder press 6x (previously 225) those were about 2 weeks ago. I'm still at 278 but I look more filled out and have actually gotten 2 compliments! How do you guys measure strength increase? For example....1 week I start my workout with bench press and I do 250 10 times and then the next week I do bench press as my last exercise and only get 240 8x. Do I bench 250 or 240 lol know what I mean? I know I shouldn't do the same exercises in the same order every week but if not I don't know how to tell If I've gotten stronger

Here's a formula I use: weight X reps X 0.333 + weight=calculated max
If you're benching or squatting the same weight but get more reps after a couple weeks that still means you're getting stronger. My front squat went from 185x10 to 185x21 in 3 weeks so that would be an example of getting stronger.

Haha well I can't lie....I took Muscle Tech's Creacore which has...creatine hydrocholoride and fenugreek extract in it! I'm so ashamed haha.

Also, keep in mind I'm 6ft 278 high bf%, I had VEINS yes VEINS popping out of my forearms! I've never even seen one pop out anywhere on my body except on my crank haha. Strength has gone up pretty good considering I'm under 2000 cals 6/7 days of the week. 80 3x on incline db press and 210 5x chest press. I've got such a girly pussy chest press and I don't understand how...go powerful biceps and back....but weak chest. Either way those are personal bests! Tomorrow is cardio! Will update

Hellz yeah man! Don't worry about having a girly chest I have a little bird chest myself even though it's extremely strong for my size and I've never had a problem pulling some tail ha. According to a study girls care more about abs and biceps/triceps anyways! And I'd rather have strong legs than a gorilla chest what's the point in having a sick 2nd story if your foundation is shit? Most guys that bench 3 or 4 wheels can't even do a pullup to save their lives. Or squat their bodyweight past parallel for that matter. Keep up the good work, dude, you're killin' it!

Are you still doing the calorie deficit for your diet? You might need a little more fuel to help your body along. Protein helps with alertness so maybe add in some extra protein. If you're feeling stressed or a little less energized try adding some rhodiola rosea extract to your supplement stack. It helps increase your body's adaptive energy capacity I've been trying to take it every 3 months or so and you can take it for 6-8 weeks with at least 2 weeks off before starting up again. It is classified as an adaptogen which means its an herbal supplement that has many benefits with little or no side effects. Whenever I would take it before a trail run or a strength workout I would get a feeling of euphoria and you don't get tired as easily. It has been used for centuries to combat altitude sickness which is ironic because it is harvested from high altitude places which means if it can grow in low levels of oxygen it must be pretty good stuff!

And don't forget man if you need some added motivation just let me or someone know. I'm here to PUMP...YOU...UP!
 
Knowledge man!! Haha I will check that shit out! Usually I'm energized but who knows. I usually get around 170-180g protein per day which isn't enough but it fits nicely in my diet for now. I try to carb/protein load a bit before my workouts and it gives me a long lasting energy. I am PUMPED UP haha thanks again! Hope your stuff will kick in soon
 
Hell yea just tweaked my diet! I'm able to get 220g of protein and super low carbs and still stay at 1800 cals a day. Let's the games begin :)
 
Wordddd yesterday was legs! Felt my rats hamstring was a little tight and sore but this morning it's fine....another benefit of this PED :) today is shoulders! Gunna max on the shoulder press, will update later

Appreciate it guys. 3 weeks in today. Shoulder workout went awesome! Switched it up alittle today with some new exercises. Strength is about the same as last week. Got tired a little easier today not sure why, pre workout was a banana, cliff builder bar and hemavol. Sleep is fantastic and recovery is badass! Next day I'm 90%. Machine shoulder press was 285 5x front grip. Gotta rest tomorrow because my hamstrings are sore as shit. Will update possibly tomorrow or Monday. Appreciate the support!!

You're killin it man! And I love hemavol do you take the powder or the horse pills? Haha taking 5 of those things even with water is not fun but the pumps are well worth the trouble. I can't take it when I do endurance stuff though cuz I feel like a hot air balloon. And my range of motion is limited haha.

He recently did a post on DAA, a supplement that I take myself, which surprised me. You should check it out. I was very disappointed with the outcome of the testing. There are a bunch of very interesting articles on all type's of supplements.
You may want to find a replacement for the DAA!

The thing we have to remember is there will always be one study contradicting another. DAA has an immense amount of science behind it and studies showing its effectiveness. Someone will always try to debunk this while others will continue to praise its effectiveness. It makes world of difference for me in pct

Awesome guys thanks for the support. My Hammies are better after a couple nights in the hot tub :) Today was chest/tri took it light today with high reps nothing special. Started week 3 on Saturday, no side effects at all so far. Recovery is great an sleep is too. Well being has increased a little. Boners are awesome. Got a long work week ahead of me so I'm going to have to find a way to get myself some extra energy, gunna try meth. I will update tomorrow ladies and gentlemen

Noticed today that the inside muscle of my tricep on my left arm(dominant arm) has either put on a little bit of size or I've lost some bodyfat around it...either way this stuff has shed some bf. I'm down to 275 but I'm starting to look a little more even. Next Saturday I introduce erase to the mix :) will update tomorrow. Thanks guys
 
The medial tricep or the lateral? My lateral tricep is ballin' ever since I started doing gymnastic ring stuff. As a football coach in my area used to say, "Biceps will get you pussy but triceps will get you the ring!" It makes sense if you think about it haha a big bicep is nice to look at but you know somebody is legitimately strong if their tricep is jacked up.

^Haha love me some dat dere. Sup guys it's been a couple days....I did back and bi after more then a week and boi did my endurance go up! I can lift all day on this shit! Tomorrow is 4 weeks and I get to introduce Erase to the cycle :) doubled up my EPA/DHA added some capsaicin and some osteobolin-c just INCASE I get some joint pain from the erase. No negative sides effects so far! All positive. Unfortunately, I didn't stretch enough and I really pulled a lat muscle bad doing lat pull downs. Now I'm no pussy but it was hurting so bad that I almost threw up all bs aside. Takes a man to admit that haha. Hopefully tomorrow I can train shoulders but idk if I want to risk it. Will update soon thanks again for the support.
 
Damn I hate pulling muscles like that. When I pull one in my back, I'm out for a week
 
There are a couple of good sites for exercises for pulled Muscles, one is PressurePointer.com, some info. on what to do for muscle pain, and how to identify it.
 
Thanks man I'll check it out. I better not be out for a week that would f my whole cycle up. Today was supposed to be shoulders but upon waking up, I don't think so haha
 
Just take it easy for a few days, and assess yourself from there. Don't push that muscle too far, and hopefully things will work themselves out soon my friend.

Start foam rolling out your lats! And don't do stretching before a workout unless it's dynamic or your muscles won't work as well! I recently came to the realization that there's an inverse relationship to your workout time and your warm up time. The longer the workout the less the warm up has to be but if the intensity is going to be high for your workout of you're doing a lot of heavy lifting the warm up needs to be at least 10-15 minutes. My rule of thumb is that I can't start my workout until I'm mildly out of breath or I've worked up a decent sweat. Gotta be loose and relaxed before you throw dat heavy ass weight around, broseph! Keep killing it though I know what it's like to tweak something in the upper back. I can barely breathe and can't even rotate my torso :(
 
Yes guys, took me about 2 days to get over it, fn sucked. Today I had to do shoulders and I felt pretty good! Weight is still the same but I look different(make sense?) boners are awesome haha. Stamina is pretty good and the weights are getting lighter. No negative side effects so far and I'm on day 2 of adding erase to the mix. I fell in love at the gym today with about 4 different girls so that sucks because I know I can't have them haha but other then that everything is awesome. Will update tomorrow with chest! Going to just do about 7-8 sets of bench press tomorrow and try to focus on getting that perfected. Appreciate it guys.

Yeaaaa fell in love again today haha. I originally said I was going to do 7-8 sets of Bench but I get such a stamina increase from this stuff that I can go all night! So I did chest/tri. Strength has stayed the same over the last 10ish days. Got 80 5x for incline press and 200 5x for bench(always been my weakest exercise). Rest of my workout was more about high rep and perfecting form so I could get some good pumps on my triceps. So far I'm 3 days into 75mg/day of Erase and no side effects from anything I'm taking. Pretty happy so far through this whole cycle as I'm "filling" out nicely. Will update soon ladies and germs.
