Drinking on pre workout

So im wondering if its bad to take pre workout before i workout and then drink about 4 hours after that? Will it do anything bad to me or nah?
 
There shouldn't be any interaction worries no, but regular drinking can be detrimental to this lifestyle.
 
sounds like the typical American lifestyle.

need an upper to get through the day and then a downer to wind down.

is it bad? of course it is. you are training your body to be dependent on taking something to function, essentially getting addicted on both ends. bottom line is it will speed up the aging process 100%.

Pre workout and againg process O my god, i dont use any pre workout

Drinking 4 hours after a workout regularly is never going to be productive at all. You are just setting yourself up for failure
 
No but the drinking is a terrible idea. It really does cancel out what you did in the gym. Trust me you should just not drink.
