I'm on trt so was wondering how long it would take for say an 8-10 week run of test to return to normal test levels after last injection.

It won't return to normal...it will return to extremely low. Your question is a little confusing. You say you are on TRT, but then ask how long it would take for 8-10 weeks of usage before levels drop. So which one is it? Are you on TRT or are you on a cycle for 8-10 weeks?
IMO he sounds like he wants what he blasted to be out of his system so his doc thinks he is just on a TRT dose
if that is the truth you simply take the half life and X it by 5 and that is a good guestimate, so as AWM said above. about 6 weeks for a long ester test
So not clearing TRT at all?
At least a month.
if you are implying you blasted and want to get to normal trt range, then yes, at least six weeks

I think it's easier to translate Chinese to English, then to decipher some of the questions we get on here.
I would say take off just as long as you were on cycle. Then test to see what’s going on.
Masturbating 3 times daily for two weeks following last injection should get you there.
