Natural whey

Im looking to buy a natural whey protein as i dont really want artificial sweetners in my shake.

Im currently using ON 100% and would like to switch to their natural products, but i cant seem to find anywhere that sells it in the uk.

My next best choice is reflex natural whey, ive not used reflex before how does it compare to ON?

Not really sure. If you really need to drink protein powders, I recommend whey protein isolates.

Just use ANY product which is labelled 'unflavoured'.

they aren't easy to find. remember these powders are marketed to teenagers and naive 20 somethings so it has to taste like ice cream or they wont' buy it

Probably will be harder to find it. Honestly can get all your protein from food!

Yeah this is the ideal way. Every time i try some whey protein i get diarrhea. I might be lactose intolerant idk.

ON is still a scam brand, they use their name to market good sells, but it's not that healthy.

Iv Been using optimum nutrition gold standard natural 100% wheyfor years... I too can't take that artificial shit. Any artificial colours flavours sends me crazy... So this has been amazing, I also add 2 scoops of ground oats to each shake.

Im not aware of any other natural ones. Sooo that's the one for me.
