I've been taking a whey gainer called "big time" and I've tried others aswell, and although I'm seeing a regular size gain I haven't put on more then 5lbs in 4 months.

I take a pre workout drink called super pump aswell but I'm wondering if anybody has any good suggestions for a gainer that works well for a person with a very fast metabolism. I don't take any creatine but I'm thinking that I should start.

Any suggestions or advicewould help, thanks

Ditch the gainers and eat more whole foods. Make sure you track everything you eat to make sure you are actually consuming as much as you think. Also creatine monohydrate is always a good add

That's actually quite good.

they will put on weight, but it won't be good weight.

putting on actual muscle tissue depends on genetics and getting on a solid workout program to break down and repair muscle, and of course recovery after which involves sleep. until you get those 3 things nailed down you will hold yourself back

Bro a piece of advice and make your own gainer shakes with oatmeal, egg whites, peanut butter, milk, and a banana. Real food for real gains. Don't put that gainer junk in your body anymore.
