Just getting an idea from everyone as to what has worked for them in relieving joint pain. My pain is specifically in my left knee, and is getting to the point that it's affecting my workouts and just getting around every day. I have had the knee checked out and it's mainly tendonitis with some very slight cartilage fraying.

Rest and working around the injury are the best thing for tendonitis or it will only get worse. If you are suffering patellar tendonitis, there are some straps specifically for this that can help relieve some stress and let you heal a little faster.

So what was you advised to do?

Ive used Advil or Aleve, a compression sleeve, tiger balm, I use both the red & white. White for when you don’t want to stain clothes. An Epsom salt bath/soak. Sometimes a massage helps if certain muscles are causing tension (tight) on the joints
