oh I’ve been dealing with some joint issues especially in my elbows and my knees. Getting a lot of cracking and getting a lot of pain especially when I go high repetition
really sucks because I like to do heavy volume.
Anyway I’m looking at using bpc157 can you give me your recommended dose that I should be doing?/ read online people saying anywhere from 200mcg up to a gram per injection and its confusing and how long is the minimum amount of time I should be running it?

BPC157 250mcg ed around the pain area to start off, but the time depends on how bad the injury. I suggest minimum 8-12 weeks to start.

It's confusing because it depends on each person's situation

If it's several injuries then do 250 mcg if it's a single injury worried about then you do more

No need to use a high dose go with 250 mcg every other day

you have to inject at the injury itself

it works best when you stack tb500 with it

500 mcg for a specific injury will work fine

I've had great results on anywhere from 250 up to 1000 micrograms

the key is quality peptides make sure you use a source on here

I would do 500 mcg the first couple weeks

@Juiaejr ive had great results from peptides!

I've done a 8 week course of 250 mcg daily, this was mainly for a shoulder injury that I had for a year, despite physio and even a cortisone injection, nothing helped.
I healed at least 90% of the pain and discomfort, I did slip up by stopping the physio after week 4 as I felt so much better already and just did my regular warm-ups and workout.

Overall what I would have changed, was I would have added more supplements. I was doing it during a bulk, so I had decent nutrients, along with using glucosamine, vitamin d/k, calcium and collagen powder.

I plan on doing another one soon (wrist this time), but I'll definitely be adding more specific collagen, as I was taking type 1 and 3, as I should have been taking a lot more of 2, due to it being 90% of what the joints are made up of, which I believe would've probably got me to a 100% healed.

Best of luck mate, don't forget to feed the collagen synthesis.
