I know what you’re thinking not in other post about joint problems
never thought I’d be one of those people but my knees and my elbows have really struggled
it happens usually post-workout
what is a good option that I can do when it comes to getting in my joint support supplements?

Yep... so the same as when others asked. You did look right?

If you had you'll see fish oils, collagen, bone broth and the obvious actual joint products. Consume.

Also look at exactly what it is you do that makes them ache every damn time post workout

Bros you won't go wrong with some fish oil

I've always had good support with MSM

one of my favorite options is bone broth it works really well

I'm a big fan of using joint support supplements they work really well on the joints

get some bone broth it helps because it has collagen
