Vegetarian diet on cycle ?

I will be starting my first cycle of Anavar (50-80mg ED) and test P (80mg EOD) being a vegetarian I find it very difficult to come up with a diet. I was wondering if you guys can help me.

I’m 5”11 and weigh about 200lbs. My BF % is 15

My current diet is

9am (upon waking up) 500 ml of water lemon and 5g of creatine

9:30 am: Pre-workout Green tea with TBS of Honey

11 am (breakfast) : 2 wholewheat bread and 200 g of tofu

1:30 pm (snack): 1 whey scoop with 300 ml of water

3pm(lunch): 2 whole wheat bread 200 g of tofu or 200 g of yves soy “beef” and 1 cup of baby spinach with 5 g of creatine

5pm (snack): 4 slices of yves turkey (vegetarian)

7pm (Diiner): 1 whole wheat bread, 1 cup pf mixed veggies (stir fry), 100 g of greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey, 150 g of broccoli

After 7 pm I fast

Supplements: fish oils, multi vitamins, creatine, BCAA’s, and ZMA

Nutrition: 2100 calores, 60 g of fat, 140g of protein and 265 g of carbs

I do not eat fish, and I try to stay away from eggs.

Goal: lean physique with of course a 6 pack

Lastly, will is the dosage of Anavar and Test P ok? I hope you guys can help me out. Thank You

Was thinking of adding Cardarine to a Test E / Anavar cycle
Supposedly increases endurance and helps in fat loss
Anyone have experiences with it?

@stevesmi is very informative on diets and getting people to their goals. I think be jumping the gun on the PEDs. He would know better. Look up and send him a pm
 
it does not matter if you eat meat, are a vegan, vegetarian, whatever. you still have to follow a natural diet to be your best and healthy.

there are vegans who eat bread, pizza, pasta, pastries, etc. and there are meat eaters who eat KFC and mcdonalds. you can eat poorly no matter what diet you choose

now your diet right off the bat i see bread, tofu (processed?), whey protein, and other stuff that isn't natural.

the best vegetarian lifters/bodybuilders make their bones off humane friendly eggs, fruits, veggies, raw nuts, unrefined coconut oil, avacodo, etc. they don't eat bread, sip protein powder, and eat tofu out of a package.
 
You have a straight up eating disorder. My 110lbs Japanese gf eats more than this for breakfast and lunch. I was vegan for 4 years so can relate. If your going to go the ped route I suggest you rethink your diet.

I don’t think I have a eating disorder, I am just disciplined and like to stay very lean. As you were previously a vegan were you using any peds in that time frame ? I appreciate your feedback!

I started with test and winstrol but my strength was stagnating at a certain point. Once i started eating meat and eggs again my gains skyrocketed, felt way better too. I eat so good now it really brings a twinkle to my soul. Your diet is super boring, life is to short to miss out on one of the basic enjoyments of life in my opinion. If you still want to stay vegetarian I would suggest adding in organic eggs.

I mean the diet seems fine, I guess your goal is to loose weight so that should work out and about the Anavar keep it at 50mg and the Test just pin yourself 1 time a week at 250 and that will work out for you.

well said friend ... my sister-in-law is a vegetarian and weighs 90kg of fat ... eats snacks, junk food etc etc...

You're life Ur choice. But dont expect results like that if ur eating healthy clean chicken breast/steak ect that is what Ur body needs to be a man...

In the wild, think of a lion that's shit and can't kill enough prey... It will get small and weak and it won't be able to be alpha and fight other alpha lions for females.... Only the alpha lions with energy, muscle and smarts can make the kills to sustain themselves and maintain alpha status.
 
humans evolved consuming anything we could get our hands on. meat was never readily available for the simple fact we did not have farms in those days and we had no way to conserve meat we were lucky enough to get in large amounts. if you are a meat eater and give people shit for being a vegan/vegetarian than at the very least you should be consuming bone marrow and organs. not just the muscle part of the animal as 99.9% of meat eaters do. that is not the healthy part of the animal.

also our food quality is so bad today that even if the meat eater argument was true it would not apply. that steak you eat is from a sick cow we walks around in its own shit and is fed hormones and other garbage. that fish you eat swims in sewage and if it is wild it has plastics in its body and if it is farmed it is fed hormones to grow faster. our meat quality is shit today, it is all for profit farming.

you are actually much safer sticking to mostly a plant based diet and incorporating certain high quality 'protein choices', rather than depending on just muscle from an animal which is very devoid of nutrition

To have enough food to feed 8 billion humans, and it so that 1 tomato isn't 10 dollars each, they do a lottttt of fukked up shit to keep that shelf life ect.

Exactly, herbicides , pesticides, if ppl think plant based is cleaner then reality check.. companies like dow agro science and such who create these chemicals know they are carcinogenic
 
I have no issues with giving animals hormones to grow faster. I give myself hormones to grow faster haha

I’ve thought the same thing lol. You’ll pump yourself with hormones, but won’t eat beefed up beef or chicken...

this is true. i also spray my shower to kill mold with some nasty stuff and my HOA sprays my roof with nasty stuff that i smell

however, i don't adhere to the attitude of "hey we are going to die anyway".. I want to live as natural a lifestyle as i can. i do a lot of things to do that as much as i can like buying organic, keeping cleaners outside the house, etc. it isn't 100% avoidable though. even the water we drink is full of bad stuff

if everyone did more we would save our lakes and oceans from destruction and we would have a better world
 
you pump yourself up with hormones you hurt yourself. you eat animals pumped with hormones and you eat produce sprayed with chemicals you hurt yourself AND everyone else. there are towns in the midwest where the cancer rates are up 1500% thanks to pollution from farms. also when you buy high quality meat and produce you are supporting a small family farmer who cares about their community, when you don't you support big corporate farms who only care about 1 thing: MONEY. they destroy the lands then simply move on.
