Test Cyp/Var Cycle Advice

Hey Guys,

I wanted to get your opinion on my 2nd cycle.

I did my first one 2 years ago. Yielded very solid results. Goal was to get that hard chiseled look, but not put on too much weight. More so wanted to look very cut and defined. Did 12 weeks of Cyp and Anavar together, while also using Arimidex EOD.

I've always enjoyed working out. I played college football, but a few years after, my metabolism slowed down noticeably. Even with how much I was working out, I just wasn't getting the same results anymore. That's what made me try to the first cycle before my wedding and it did not disappoint!

Now it's time for round 2!

12 week Cyp/Var Cycle

Week 1-4
Cyp - 250mg per week (two pins)
Anavar - 20 mg per day
Arimidex - 0.50 mg EOD

Week 4-8
Cyp - 375mg per week (two pins)
Anavar - 40 mg per day
Arimidex - 0.50 mg EOD

Week 8-12
Cyp - 500mg per week (two pins)
Anavar - 60 mg per day
Arimidex - 0.50 mg EOD

Begin PCT After last pin. Running Clomid, Nolvadex, and HCG for 4 weeks.

Is there anything you guys would change? I wanted to get your thoughts and opinions.

I'm actually in the 3rd week as of tomorrow.

I've definitely put on some size. Noticeable difference in shoulders, traps and chest. Legs have felt amazing during and after leg workouts.

I've put on about 8 lbs, but I have to imagine that's mostly water weight and bloating. I didn't start the Arimidex until 2 weeks in, so I think that might be why I've had a bit of bloating and quick weight gain as well because of water retention. I've read many different opinions on when to start the Arimidex, so just went with what felt right.

Anyways, stats are as follows.

Height - 5'10

Starting Weight - 222

Current Weight 3 weeks in - 229.8

Starting body fat - 25%

32 years old

Let me know if there is anything else you'd like to know! Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

Keep Anavar to 6 weeks max. Don’t go over that. It’s still a liver toxic oral. Also start your PCT 2-3 weeks after your last pin and you might want to extend your PCT to 6 weeks instead to bounce back better.

Add anavar to last few weeks of cycle but since you have already started your gonna have to cut it short
 
Yea bro, you need to drop some BF%. Just to be safer on your health. I mean I know some guys who are huge, lift big and are in the 20% area of body fat. They run gear nonstop and are fine, for now. Doesn’t mean they aren’t doing damage.

I always tell people this but the most important part of your routine is the cardio. It decides what you can eat, when you can take it easy and for me, when I get up. It also sets the pace for your heart when your doing heavy lifting.

One month of intense cardio will get you right where you want to be. Try a IF protocol with it and you’ll be burning fat off.

Also look into bodpod measurements in your area. Better way of measuring BF%

noone with half a brain would advise you to use steroids at 25% body fat man, come on now... you need to drop 10% or more before you even consider starting... thats extremely bad condition and especially to be using steroids

25% was a guestimate on the high side. My lower half is where the bulk of my weight is. I was a Linebacker in college. Big legs, big ass. As I mentioned, I did this cycle once before and yielded great results. I've always been a Thicker/heavier guy. That all being said, I figured I'd be better off guessing on the high side as opposed to the lower side.

you are not 25% body fat.. you are somewhere in the high teens. still too high though

i would recommend cutting down first before using steroids. you can do it. get in touch with me and i will get you on a proper diet to accomplish that.

Very similar to the before picture above. Definitely a little bit smaller than that though.

Dude if that’s comparable to your size now just run it.
 
18-19% in that pic above. very similar to how i looked when I had my body scan done. Strip the fat off dude, you have a lot of muscle under there....show yourself!

Here is what I currently look like. I would still definitely agree with you guys. Definitely has fat to strip off. This cycle helped alot with that last time while also packing on the muscle.

Cut a little and then run your cycle
