Oh fuk all u whinny asses. IF I work a "day shift" I wake at 4AM, drive 1.2hrs. I then proceed to deal with either a ED/ER environment full of heart/pulmonary failures, chest wounds (or crazy shit like a crack pipe in someone right main stem bronchus) or if I'm asked to be in ICU I have to deal with 9 different units, housing 12+patients most of which have co-morbidities and at any point could code....which means I'd get to stand int he room answering questions why "grandpa" just died if we can't bring him back and/or waiting for pickup do do full autopsy....I do that for 12.5 hrs, get in my car and drive 1.25hrs home to sleep (6hrs maybe), wake and do it all again 3 days in a row.

Was lifting this morn. Bunch of guys doing a mock meet, so they took up 3/4 of the gym. That's fine and all but they brought their wives and kids and their kids, friends (teen girls). Well I'm way over on the other side of the gym doing heavy single's of front squats and deads, with heavy triples of BB rows. I be daum if all those women and girls came and did "ab's" right next to the rack I was using. I mean to the pt where I unracked to do a front squat and almost tripped over one of the girls. The shit is effin dangerous. I could hurt them or myself. What pissed me off was usually the owner is all over this kind of shit but he was doing the mock meet....but he saw it happening, b/c after they all left he acknowledged it.
Normally I'd just move but I had nowhere else to go, plus I was there 20min before them. What really pissed me off was I know for a fact two of the girls took either vids or pics of me b/c I heard them talking about it. I'm really anti-facebook and shit so that fuking pisses me off the most!!
Then to beat the band on my way home one of my towns Park and Rec trucks daum near side swiped me..I had to pull over and calm myself down b/c I was a sec from running him down and just beating his ass to a effin pulp. I bet my BP was 150+/100 and my HR 100+...uuugggghhhh what an effin morning!!!!

For fuck sake ! I'm at the dog park , my 2 dogs and another at the park . My dog is doing fine playing catch for a good five min , the this other owner thinks it's cute to play tug-o-war with his lil dog , saying " get it , get it " my dog takes notice and charges over to get it , his dog , already in dominant mode trying to kill the toy turns and snaps at my dog , so my dog commenced to put an ass whooping on the lil guy . I run over and brake it up , and scold my dog .
So I'm pissed at the situation and huck the tug toy over the fence and hurt my bicep that was getting much better again ! Fuck ! I thought of why this happened and talked to the other owner and he agrees that tug of war is not a good game to play at the park . Dogs can play tug together but not against human .

Asking everyone on what to take, how to take it, where to take, discreetly asking to whom do I get it. The one thing I overlooked was elevated prolactin. How did I overlook that. I was doing a basic tren test cycle. Started having sides. Treated it wit anastrozole. Worked for a while. Got back on and it started again and the anastrozole was to working. After a few questions then some research found out I had prolactin elevation and anastrozole was for estrogen had to get caber. I believe it was tren. It's all good now however how I missed something as important as this I'll never know.

LOL Signs on every bulkhead reads: "No Loud Talking on Shouting on the Gym Floor" I've been seeing this guy train/coach seven - eight people at on time.since 1990! But here's the killer, while mitey mite is training seven folk or more, the IBBF guys and other trainers are doing training one on one. He should show some professionalism. Professionalism for which is sloppy and poorly executed by his trainees; I hope to never train with him. Hey, you can't help but watch this clown at work!!!.
