I get a kick out of the little mitey mite that comes to my shoulders. I'm not hatin' on the little fella. Came on now fellas, who can give personal training to someone when he's babysitting six others??? The guy thinks he's hot shit just because he won a single contest years ago and applied for PT certification got his stuff hanging in every nook an cranny in the Power House Gym.
Not one single fellow from "Old school and his time" will train with, him but somehow this guy gets the clientele. better than the other trainers He likes having his people grunt, clang and drop weights and is the loudest motherfucker in the gym to be so small. LOL Signs on every bulkhead reads: "No Loud Talking on Shouting on the Gym Floor" I've been seeing this guy train/coach seven - eight people at on time.since 1990! But here's the killer, while mitey mite is training seven folk or more, the IBBF guys and other trainers are doing training one on one. He should show some professionalism. Professionalism for which is sloppy and poorly executed by his trainees; I hope to never train with him. Hey, you can't help but watch this clown at work!!!.

It pisses me off when these supplement company's tell you to take there product on an empty stomach ! If you a weight lifter or bodybuilder , who the fuck has an empty stomach ? I don't !

I've always gone to the gym on a empty stomach since I knee high to a duck! Sure would hate it if I puked on someone, or on that nice rubber matted floor, or while I'm spotting somebody! YECH! LOL

One of the staff members will wheel out a bucket full of soapy water, a mop, a sponge, and black rubber gloves then look at you stupid! I've seen it happened for close to 30 years.
I never had do it because I don't eat nor drink nor have a few beers before the gym.
