Wondering if any of you have tried colostrum from wonderCow. It’s about 70 dollars and it’s a good Prebiotic superfood supplement that you’re supposed to take every day to help with your digestion and such
talked to a buddy of mine and he recommended it and he said that he was able to grow his muscles better when he was trying it

colostrum is actually a good supplements, great for you
but the issue is its estrogenic so you gotta limit how much you intake

No it's not. It's just a fancy milk protein. A few years back it was a HOPED for big deal that died a slow death.
