here i am With my bad English sorry about that but i need to ask you about some common problems which mostly people face.
I think i need a testosterone booster as i am facing semen(sperm is getting out of the penis) or drops problem these days it might be possible because i am eating warm(hot) and Dry diet which cause Liver heat and stomach heat or maybe low sperm count can you help in this matter ( i can use GNC testosterone booster) or Should i Use HCG or HcGenerate direct (I have read About them that it should use along PCT cycle)
as i have never used any cycle in my life before its been 1 month now that i am training hard in GYM as my muscle are responding well and becoming more hard as it were strong before i had done 6 months of training 1.5 year back Now that's my plan which i had shared with you before is given below.
Studio: Age: 24
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 45kg (99.208lbs)
BF: never measured but i can tell that i am Skinny
Training: 6 months of personal training 1.5 years back and i had used the GNC MEGA MARP without any Testosterone booster like HCG and HCgenerate and had faced many problem now i have been reading forums so have enough knowledge about Supplements and Starting Cycle and PCT and now i have Again started the work out and according to my condition i will jump on first bulking Cycle after 5 months.
Diet : Meat, Potato, pizza, cheese burger , All vegetable and fruit salad, Rice, Chocolate, bread,Oat meal,Milkshake,ice cream, egg Whites( it disturbs me so i did'n't add them yet) more will share with you soon the complete diet.
I did not add any supplement and vitamin shakes yet Here i am going to Use the Muscle tech Isolate Supplement in the Start of coming October or you should suggest me good supplement.
