Most of you should know me by now along with me just completing a 8 week run with lgd with the second month of me adding in GW on top of things includinge hcg/unleashed for the whole cycle to help with suppression. Had some amazing gaings. Well your in luck since I'm doing a very basic short 6 week run to continue my gains. Here is the basic run nothing fancy just simple.

This log will start today. Don't worry I had a mini pct of aromisn/nolva along with using hcg/unleashed during my last cycle I can say I'm fully back to normal, but after this run I'll be hitting up a full PCT.

Dmz 45mg for the 6 weeks
Stano 800-1000mg doseing will be split evenly throughout the day.

I will be buying some MK from my favorite company sarms1.

Hcg/unleashed since I have a huge stash of things and other goodies.

Nolva/aromisn. I always keep lots those 2 on hand anyways.

Simple and to the point little mini cycle and full PCT. Goals will to at least try and get to 225lbs that's way I have more of a frame since I what to start to train for pure aesthetics.

Very true but I do maintain my gains good even if I didn't plan on MK, but I will still be getting it. Haa I'm still sitting at 201lbs weight is just so solid right now, I'm just so happy because everyday I'm hearing people complimenting me.
 
I'm picking up the bogo MK deal might just run them all for 3 months which will be like crazy gains, Just wish they had free or a little bit less shipping cost of the biggest spending, since I spent a lot of money at sarms1 so far :) Proof of purchase. No BS going on. If I say I'm going to do something I will do it.

Has 300$ well I can't go spending happy now. I seen some of your guys stash, and I seen some crazy stash back in the days and some of you all are crazy and had an addiction problem lol.

Package arrives today, since it was delayed yesterday due the Christamss and USPS was probably backup bad yesterday. So today I will pop my pills.
 
Day 1.

Took my doses, and had a nice meal now just waiting till about 9pm to work out to let the food settle down. The only thing I noticed for the pass last 2 days is my right knee is dry and a little sore in the inner side, can't wait for the MK to get in because I'm throwing those 3 bottles into my cycle. Not to mention the healing benefits. Still at 200lbs goals will try to get to 225 lbs, I don't mind putting on the extra bf if that the case.

Haha not me bro! And where on the inside of your knee is it bothering you? Sounds like you might need to roll out your calves or quad with a lacrosse ball or foam roller. The inside of my left knee has been bothering me and I know it's a combo of quad/calf tightness.

Since my last cycle I'm currently 200lbs @ 5'11" and 7-9% bf been fluctuating in the bf lately since I been eating a ton of food lately.

It my joints are dry, nothing a little flax seed and omega3,6,9 blend can't fix.

Day 2. 12/28/13

Stano sure makes veins pop in biceps. Anyways yesterday workout was simple trying to focus for this week on just the areas I'm lacking in. So biceps are the main ones I will be really trying to work on. Along with a little bit more of a upper chest.

Workout was simple just lots of volume work to failure kinda like GVT but failure all reps and boy was it a good workout.

Warm up - bench a few set to failure @ 145lbs then incline bench at the same weight to failure, then a few more set @ 150lbs

Biceps lots of volume for them to for the first phase. 25lbs Dumbbells doesn't sound like much but after going for a bout 5 set in with each rep to failure it like dang.

Workout for today.

Same as above but one more degree on the incline bench to get more shoulder workout to.

Biceps again this time heavier 75lbs revers curls 5 sets of 10 then I finished of with a light sets of squats.

Breakfast I had a little cheat meal. 2 egg,assuage,cheess biscuit with has brown from mcdonalds.

Good news is my bogo mk should arrive tommrow if it does I shall start it.

Side Note: It's been a while since I been to the doctor since I haven't been sick or anything for 5 years. So I figured I will go In some time to see the doctor about TRT he been a family doctor for years and knew my dad for years so this should make things a little easier. Before I do that I'm calling the office first to find out if insurance covers anything and such. So wish me luck.

I'm in the hospital because my mom was at the doctors and he had to call the ablaumbce due to she has blood clots In in lungs and before that see was in hosptial for a surgery a few weeks ago. Phone calls are not good sometimes.

Very sorry to hear this, bro. Let us know when her condition improves blood clots are no joke.
 
Im home now, she still hasn't gotten a room yet but should have one hopefully. She will be in there for a few days and will undergo treatment, blood thinners & something else so they will monitor her those few days and if that doesn't work they will have to go in a break up the clot. If the thinners etc work she can go home and will be on medicane for 6-9 months temporally.

Other note: MK is here and I started that, this stuff is very clear no floaties or white stuff in it. Kinda threw me off since I was like whats this lol. Shows you how potent SARMS1 really is.

I'm up to 4lbs so I'm siting at 205lbs. Dropping my DMZ dose down to 35mg instead of 45mg getting a little sleepie on the higher dose it's not bad but I will drop it down to see other wise aggression is bad In a good way haa I get fustrated at so many little things it's kinda of funny.

Pumps and veins are really nice. Off day since so much has been going on lately in life. I will be making a doc appointment for a regular physical and I will talk to him about trt and stuff.
 
Day 6: Part 1

About to hit my workout. Enjoying my 50mg of MK. Losing that extra bf I had been putting on. Overall stano is working wonders. Will do a part 2 update later on tonight or tomorrow. :)

Thanks. Mom is out and will be staying with my brother, He has to give her 2 shots a day in the stomach and she is on meds, also she will be going to the hospital every day to get blood done because her blood is not to the level 2 or 3 they want, she will also be getting more shots in her stomach while she is there. She can't drive, or do anything so she needs to be careful.

Ah that's unfortunate. I had to give myself shots in the stomach when I broke my femur in high school. Better than getting a blood clot though.

If bloods comes back good then no more shots but must continue the meds. Its been a crazy week. Others wise that better then a clot. Need to take the time to hop back on my logging. lol
 
General Update.

Everything has been good, only thing is I have this crazy thirst thing going on and it not fun. I rather have the sweats then the thirst problem, and yes I have a excellent water intake / porper hydration.

I am now up to 210 lbs so a 9lbs gain. I will take a picture of the scale and post that tomorrow. Been hitting mostly squats, biceps, and incline bench to play catch up a little bit, but the main reason is biceps are my weak point in terms of size but with squats first and then biceps and then more squats my biceps have been blowing up.

Overall the dryness is so nice and the endurance is just nothing short of awesome, no muscle soreness at all just some wicked pumps.

Normal workout next week will start and I will be posting number like I have been in my other log.

Good job doing squats to increase your bicep hypertrophy, bro. It really does work and is backed by scientific evidence. Sorry to hear you've got cotton mouth that's always the worst.

All in all I'm hold strong between 205 & 210 weight having it's up and down but I have been eating extremely clean so I except to be at 205 for a while and that fine there is no rush for my goal of 225lbs because right know I have been putting on size and really looking crazy crazy dry!

Dumbbell curls 55lbs 5x10
Curls with the bench bar to fail
Reverse curls 105llbs 2x5

Bench 145lbs to fail, 185lbs to fail then last was heavy 335lbs for 1x5

Squats 145lbs explosive and as fast I could pump out the reps

Push up broken up into reps of 10 and went to fail from there

This weeks have been rough with things everything that could go wrong with wrong so hopefully soon things get a little bit less stressful.
