Here’s my first log.

Height: 5’11”
Weight 180-185lbs
Been in the gym 4 years. Start out out at 128lbs.
Workout- Sunday- chest, side delete, triceps
Monday- back, biceps, rear delts
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- arms and side delts
Friday- alternate between quad and abs/ next week hamstrings/glutes and abs.

Food- I currently don’t track. Bulking so I just eat food if I see it.

Supplements- multivitamins and berberine.
Sleep- normally 9pm to 6am

Cycle- so 6pm the ago I was on trt at a clinic 160mg a week, hcg, and half tablet blocker. Decided to switch to doing it myself due to cost. First week of April I switched to 200mg of test C doses twice a week. First week of May I went to 250mg a week. Supply is dragon pharm.

I want to do an actual cycle. I’d love to hit 200lbs on the leaner side currently at 13% body fat bulking for 8 weeks now. A friend stated I should wean off test and start clomid for 4 weeks then blast 500mg cycle. I have Anavar at home as well. Where do I go from here? I’m not a hyper responder. I tried rad140 last year and 15mg for 8 weeks was a cake walk with 0 side effects. I was on mk677 for 6 months last year and hit 189lbs. But should I blast more test C? Should I drop to trt levels for a few weeks? Should I stay at 250 and cycle in Anavar?

As we said in your original thread, we will need more info before pushing you into anavar or suggesting anything else.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

@Koltonsrt300 its very important to food prep. gotta dial in your diet. just eating 'whatever you see' isn't the way to do it. you need muscle building food and you need nutritious food. i want to see that cleaned up going forward. check other logs and see how guys are food prepping

anavar a good one but superdrol better if you ask me. why not tren next?

So a normal day is start out with a mass gainer shake. Mutant mass gainer 2 scoops 560 calories. 1 cup old fashion oats and 2 cups 2% whole milk. Just over 1000 calories and 60g of protein. Done by 8:30am then at 9:30 am I eat a whole cup of fruit, 15g protein yogurt and a sausage dog. 11:30am I eat 2 1/2lbs cheeseburger separate buns with cheese. Fresh beef not frozen. A fiber bar and some chips. Then at 2:30 I eat a 20g protein bar and a full pop tart for some calories and carbs. Hit the gym at 5 and then eat a full dinner. Dinner is usually something like 4 cheese rice and 2 full Italian fresh sausages. Or pasta and fresh chicken breast. Then I finish off with a premier protein shake.

some good things in there but mostly not a diet i would give my thumbs up too. a lot of fake/processed junky food in there. check the other logs on here and look what guys are eating. its very clean and natural diets

@Koltonsrt300 Excellent job, man. I gotta give you a lot of credit for starting this. I think that the next few years is going to be crucial in your development, make sure you keep your diet on point and make sure that you don't abuse the steroids.
